| Objective: Study the weight-loss training before competition and its effects on the physical and biochemical indexes,dietary nutrition and psychological state of Sanda athletes.The aim is to explore a comprehensive evaluation system of weight-loss training and weight-loss methods for Sanda athletes before the competition.When the weight loss training for Sanda athletes is reduced and the effective regulation method is adopted,in order to minimize the adverse effects of weight reduction training before the competition on the athletes to a minimum,and enable the athletes to participate in the competition in a better competitive state,And obtain excellent results to provide a reference basis.Methods: Take the 10 athletes of the Fujian Men’s Sanda Team preparing for the National Championship as the research object,and take the Sanda athletes’ weight reduction training before the competition and the changes in their functions as the research content;The literature data method,test method,survey method,observation method and mathematical statistics method were used to monitor and evaluate the athletes’ weight loss control program before training,physiological and biochemical indicators,dietary nutrition intake,and mental state,and to measure the measured data Perform repeated test analysis of variance.Among them,the adjustment methods in the process of weight loss control of Sanda athletes include: adjustment of training load,adjustment of weight loss control rhythm,adjustment of dietary structure and supplementation of nutrition fortifiers,adjustment of psychological state,etc.Results:Through investigation and testing,it was found that:(1)The characteristics of the weight-loss training program before the competition are mainly as follows: The principle of weight-loss training in the early stages of weight-control is to control weight and increase strength.In the training arrangement,technology accounts for 40% and physical fitness accounts for 60%.The principle of the training arrangement for reducing weight in the middle period is weight loss and strength.In the training arrangement,technology accounts for 50% and physical fitness accounts for 50%.The principle of training arrangement at the end of weight reduction is weight reduction and strength adjustment.In the training arrangement,technology accounts for 60% and physical fitness accounts for 40%.In practice,the coach will make appropriate adjustments to the pre-match training plan based on changes in the athlete’s performance.(2)In the blood biochemical indexes of sanda athletes at the early,middle and late stages of weight loss and control,the indexes of hemoglobin,leukocyte,testosterone and creatine kinase all decreased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the interim test,the blood urea value increased significantly(P <0.05).In the early,middle,and final stages of weight loss control,urine specific gravity,occult blood,and urinary ketone indicators did not change significantly(P> 0.05),and urinary protein indicators significantly increased in the intermediate tests(P < 0.05),the value of urobilinogen index decreased significantly in the final test(P <0.05).In the subjective sensation tests in the early,middle and late stages of weight loss control,there were no significant changes in subjective exertion,appetite,sleep,and thirst scores(P> 0.05),and sweating had significant changes in the final stage(P <0.05),and the p H value decreased significantly(P <0.01).The results of athlete performance testing can become the basis for coaches to adjust the training load,scientific researchers to formulate nutritional supplement plans,and athletes to choose appropriate recovery adjustment methods.(3)In the dietary intake of Sanda athletes during weight-reduction training,athletes’ carbohydrates are slightly larger than the recommended values,protein and fat intake are lower than the recommended values at the end,and fat intake has significant differences between the end and middle stages;The intake of vitamins and minerals does not reach the recommended value,and there is a lack of varying degrees,and the deficiency is significantly exacerbated in the final period;among the intake ratios of each meal,the intake of supplementary meals is greater than that of regular meals.The survey results of diet nutrition can provide a basis for athletes’ unreasonable diet structure and targeted nutrition adjustment.(4)In the mental state of weight loss control of Sanda athletes before competition,the negative emotion scores(anger,fatigue,and confusion)show an upward trend,while the positive emotion scores(energy,self-state-related emotions)decrease first and then increase.The total score of TMD in all three stages are greater than 119;the average energy factor score of the mental state is the highest in the three tests,and the score of the self-state-related emotional factor is also relatively high,which requires attention and selection of appropriate adjustment methods.Conclusion:(1)Weight-control training arrangements In the early,middle,and final stages,the weight-control and weight-increasing,weight-loss,power-saving,and weight-adjustment principles are followed.The main methods and methods of weight-control are closely coordinated with special training.With the advancement to weight reduction and control and the approach of competition time,the proportion of technical and physical fitness in training gradually decreases,and the proportion of technical training gradually increases;the amount of training decreases,the intensity of training gradually increases;the training time gradually decreases Closer to the actual combat schedule.And according to the individual differences in the degree of weight reduction and difficulty of different athletes to achieve targeted adjustments to the training plan.(2)To monitor the body load and the change of functional status of athletes during the training period of weight loss and control through blood and urine physiological and biochemical indicators,so as to provide a reference for coaches to reasonably arrange the training plan and targeted nutrition supplement plan,and implement targeted adjustment.(3)Unreasonable conditions in athletes ’dietary nutrition intake during weight reduction and control should be corrected,and the publicity and education of athletes’ scientific and reasonable dietary nutritional supplements should be strengthened.During athletes’ weight loss control before the game,appropriate and targeted supplementary sports nutrition adjustments are carried out appropriately.(4)In the process of pre-competition training for weight loss and control,the psychological and emotional states of athletes are characterized by instability and difference.Timely intervention and adjustment are very important. |
