Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous improvement of public fitness awareness.A large number of people who love fitness have emerged on the stage of the competition,but due to the late introduction of fitness bikini projects in China,there are not many scientific and systematic research on the pre-competition training of fitness bikini projects.As the top athlete in the women’s fitness bikini event in China,Zhang Yuxue has won consecutive national competitions in the past four years,and no one has surpassed the competition ranking and the number of awards.Therefore,this study analyzes the pre-competition training content,training load,nutritional intake characteristics,etc.of Zhang Yuxue,an excellent domestic fitness bikini athlete preparing for the 2022 National Championships,comprehensively and systematically analyzes the training content arrangement,training load,body composition,circumference change analysis and nutritional intake of each stage before the competition,and summarizes its advantages and shortcomings in each stage of pre-competition training,which has great reference value for domestic fitness bikini athletes at each stage of pre-competition training.This study uses literature method,expert interview method,case study method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis and other research methods,and draws the following main conclusions based on Zhang Yuxue’s pre-competition training plan and nutritional characteristics of fitness bikini athlete Zhang Yuxue preparing for the 2022 National Championships according to the four stages of pre-competition training:First,the pre-competition training of excellent bikini athlete Zhang Yuxue preparing for the National Championships is mainly divided into four stages: muscle building training stage,regular training stage,detailed training stage and fat loss training stage.Each training stage formulates a scientific,systematic and targeted training plan according to the training tasks,goals and realistic state diagnosis of each stage,adopts appropriate training load,and sufficient sports nutrition intake.Second,Zhang Yuxue’s anaerobic training duration in the first four training stages showed a downward trend.The anaerobic training at each stage showed the following characteristics: the muscle-building training stage was mainly aimed at developing the circumference of upper limb muscles;The regular training phase is mainly aimed at developing the muscular endurance of the lower limb muscle groups;The detailed training stage is characterized by small load intensity,less training content and balanced training ratio of each part.The fat loss training stage is mainly for the detailed training of large muscle groups.Third,the aerobic training ratio of Zhang Yuxue’s first four training stages was inverted V-shaped.The following characteristics of aerobic training at each stage of aerobic training:aerobic training was not arranged in the muscle-building training stage;The proportion of aerobic training time in the regular training stage was 15%;The proportion of aerobic training time in the detailed training stage was 11%;The proportion of aerobic training time in the fat loss training stage was 24%.Fourth,Zhang Yuxue’s body composition and girth showed a wave-shaped downward trend in each stage before the competition.The nutritional intake of each stage before the competition showed the following characteristics: the intake of carbohydrates and fat per kilogram of body weight showed a gradual downward trend from the muscle building training stage to the fat loss training stage on a weekly basis;The four stages of protein intake pre-competition training were characterized by "high-medium-high-low";Discontinue all sports supplements during the fat loss training phase.
