Based on the 2016 national championship 5000 meters champion Sun Zhenlei before the training program as the research object,using the method of literature,case analysis,research and analysis of expert interviews and other research methods to prepare for the period of training content,training methods,training methods,training load characteristics,the research conclusion is as follows;(1)Sun Zhenlei in the 2016 national track and Field Championships in the creation of the current domestic 5000 meters best results,won the championship.Mainly because of Sun Zhenlei body shape,physical function,sports quality and other indicators,technical and tactical aspects of greatly improved,in line with the characteristics of the domestic elite athletes.(2)prepare for the national championship training program for a total of 5 weeks,according to the arrangement of these 5 weeks are divided into three stages,respectively is the preparation part,special training game,before adjusting the training section.(3)preparation is a major part of aerobic endurance,load,load intensity is moderate at about 70%-80%,to recover after the game,the main body is the quality of the training,the team completed the high degree of body function get good recovery;special training game part is mainly reflected in the intensity of grasp,improve endurance mainly,the load intensity is above 90%,aerobic and anaerobic ability improved,special achievements obtained to enhance the quality of training;before the adjustment part is mainly reflected in the athletic ability of adjustment,load and intensity are controlled in75%-85%,to maintain a good competitive state,in the game and fully play their own strength.(4)the overall change of Sun Zhenlei's physiological and biochemical indexes of hemoglobin was medium high low,which was consistent with the change of training load before training,which indicated that it played a role in the team's physical stimulation training.The changes of the creatine kinase(CK)index were consistent with the change of the strength of the players.The overall change trend of urea nitrogen(BU)was high,low and consistent with the pre competition training load,and the ratio of blood(T)and blood(C)changed with the increase of exercise load.
