In recent years,with the continuous implementation of the national fitness program and the enhancement of the awareness of mass physical exercise,the domestic bodybuilding movement has developed rapidly.According to the official data of the Chinese body building association,19 large domestic bodybuilding events have been held in 2017,and the college student bodybuilding events are gradually carrying out in order and participating in the college students' body building.The number of athletes is on the rise every year,but there is a big gap between the competitive level of college student bodybuilders and professional bodybuilders.There are many reasons for the gap,of which pre competition training is a very important part.This paper mainly studies the fast weight reduction method used by the men's bodybuilders in Wuhan Institute of physical education before the national college student Bodybuilding Championships.Through this experiment,the body builders and college student bodybuilders can understand the main current weight reduction method before the body building and provide a certain number of students' bodybuilders.The basic way to prepare for competitions is to improve the competitive level and achieve good results in the future.This paper mainly uses literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,experimental method,test method and other research methods to prepare 16 men's bodybuilders for the National College fitness and Bodybuilding Championships,and divides them into HIIT group and MICT group were tested and recorded on the body composition,body shape and maximum strength of the two groups during the first week and three days before the game.The following is the conclusion of this study.(1)Through a week of rapid weight loss,the experimental results showed that in the same energy consumption training,the weight of the two groups of athletes decreased significantly.HIIT can retain more lean body weight,skeletal muscle and whole body moisture.MICT can reduce more body fat and lower body fat rate.It is suggested that athletes who use body fat with high body weight will use MICT for a week's weight loss during the first week of competition,and athletes with lower body fat use HIIT.(2)Through a week of rapid weight loss,the experimental results showed that the bodycircumference of the two groups of athletes decreased significantly.The total body circumference of group MICT athletes decreased obviously,especially the waist,hips and lower limbs of the highest fat content.The decrease of group HIIT was lower than that of group MICT,but the upper limb circumference of higher muscle content remained better.It is suggested that athletes with high girth and body fat rate are mainly MICT,while athletes with low girth and low body fat rate are mainly HIIT.(3)Through a week of rapid weight reduction,the experimental results showed that the maximum strength level of the two groups had been reduced in varying degrees,the average strength of the HIIT group decreased by 2.83%,and the average strength of the MICT group decreased by 4.41%.Athletes in group HIIT decreased in strength level than those in group MICT.It is suggested that athletes should maintain their training intensity in the process of rapid weight loss,reduce the amplitude of strength reduction,and maintain muscle circumference.
