On The Localization Of Social Work Service Of "Persuading Divorce And Peace"

In recent years,the divorce rate in my country has continued to rise.The changes in social structure have brought about changes in family structure and family functions.The changes in family functions have led to a series of family conflicts and family conflicts.In addition to the increasing social and economic pressures,people’s marriage and family life is full of too many problems.Stability factors,the sense of happiness and stability of life are also facing great challenges,at the same time,the instability of marriage and family will directly affect the harmony and stability of the society.In order to cope with the increasingly complex marriage crisis,the Ministry of Civil Affairs promulgated and implemented the "Regulations on Marriage Registration Work" in 2016 to provide marriage counseling services for people in marriage crisis at the marriage registry.At the same time,the "divorce cooling-off period" measures that will be implemented from January 1,2021,provide an important opportunity for the further development of marriage counseling services.Infiltrating the professional elements of social work into marriage services is the inevitable direction for the development of marriage counseling services in the future.First of all,this paper discusses the applicability of divorce mediation service in China,summarizes the special cultural system,policy support and practical needs of divorce mediation service in China.Secondly,through the investigation of marriage registries in Pudong New Area,Putuo District,Songjiang District and Jing’an District of Shanghai,through the on-site observation of Marriage Crisis Group,the participation of marriage counseling studio,and the in-depth interview of marriage counseling related staff,the author analyzes the current development status of "divorce persuasion" service in Shanghai,and summarizes the experience There are three service contents: front service,midway service and follow-up service.This paper analyzes the divorce types and practical methods of "Three Outlooks incompatible","self-centered","original family intervention" and "rational reality",and summarizes the shortcomings of the current window crisis intervention service in marriage registration office: one-time persuasion,short service;single service items,narrow field;passive service,lack of tracking;various services Department communication is less,information sharing is insufficient;professional strength is insufficient,professional quality is low;publicity is insufficient,service recognition is low.On this basis,this paper makes a relevant research on the localization of social workers’ intervention in "Divorce Mediation",trying to explore how to effectively use these 30 days during the calm period of divorce to provide the best service for the service object as far as possible,and carries out relevant practical exploration for the system of marriage counseling service.Therefore,in view of the 30 day marriage counseling service in the calm period of divorce,the author proposes that the service object must accept a marriage counseling service and conversation from a social worker or family therapist before applying for divorce.After the 30 day calm period,the service object who still insists on divorce should be educated for individual re growth after divorce.As for the systematic marriage counseling service,the author proposes that the marriage registry should set up window intervention service to actively intervene in the front line of marriage crisis,and issue "resource list" to the service objects to effectively publicize and inform the community marriage counseling service.The community set up a system of marriage counseling services,respectively from the premarital,marriage,marriage three stages,in the premarital stage,through the community work method for the service object of family education;in the marriage crisis stage,the service object of scientific and systematic family evaluation,on this basis,to carry out orderly adjustment and persuasion services;for the service object after divorce,the community work method for family education Social workers and family therapists assist and guide clients to carry out individual re growth education service through group activities and group tasks such as support group,education group and growth group.In addition,through the activities of Party building and League building in enterprises and institutions,the marriage and family publicity and advocacy services are interspersed to strive to extend the welfare of marriage and family counseling services to more people.It is hoped that this study will help to improve the quality and efficiency of marriage counseling service in China,explore new areas and new models of social work intervention in marriage counseling service,and improve the quality of marriage.
