Research On The Improvement Of Parent-child Relationship In Family Restructuring By Social Work Intervention From The Perspective Of Family System Theory

Under the background of reform and opening up China’s economy has developed rapidly and national income has increased significantly.Under the background of world economic integration influenced by factors such as the integration of Chinese and Western cultures the concept of marriage of the people has changed especially the phenomenon of freedom of marriage and the divorce rate has shown a significant growth trend.The increase in the number of divorces promoted the increase of remarried and restructured families which changed the original family structure.Due to the special structure of the restructured families most of their parent-child relationships have bad problems.Such problems will seriously affect the happiness of the restructured families hinder the healthy growth of children and the improvement of parent-child relationships needs to be solved urgently.This paper focuses on the problems of the parent-child relationship in the restructured family and on the basis of literature analysis summarizes that the parentchild relationship in the restructured family generally exists estrangement and various bad performances and the causes of the above problems are also different.In order to explore the effective intervention mode of social work intervention to improve the parent-child relationship of restructured families the author under the guidance of family system theory and from the perspective of social work specialty selected some restructured families from G community in T city to carry out semi-structured interviews and parent-child relationship questionnaire measurement during the internship.According to the survey the main problems existing in the current reorganization of family parent-child relationship include: the content of parent-child communication is single the frequency is low and the communication effect is poor;There are many conflicts between parents and children and the parent-child relationship is fragile and sensitive;Children in new families are easy to be ignored and their study and life are troubled;The children have a low degree of integration into the new family and lack a sense of belonging.The reasons for the above problems can be attributed to three factors: personal society and family.In view of the existing problems and analysis results the author under the guidance of family system theory social learning theory and advantage perspective selected suitable service objects designed group plans specifically implemented and evaluated the effectiveness of the group.The study found that the parent-child relationship can be improved through group work in the process of family restructuring but there are also some limitations and deficiencies.Therefore on the basis of problem research and group intervention the author puts forward relevant suggestions for the improvement of parent-child relationship in the recombination family: at the family level properly repair the psychological trauma caused by the original family change to children parents should do a good job of emotional connection between children and step parents and parents in the recombination family should treat each child equally;At the school level we should use the home school platform to update parents’ educational ideas and methods and play the role of school in psychological education of students;At the environmental level we should improve the relevant guidance content for parent child education of the restructured family guide the public to form a correct understanding of the restructured family and give play to the value of the social support network of the restructured family;At the professional level of social work in the analysis of the recombination of family parent-child relationship it is mainly evaluated from the perspective of children and social work services are explored from the perspective of prevention development and other multiple maintenance.
