Lu Xun’s works are indispensable and cannot be ignored in middle school Chinese textbooks.Learning Lu Xun’s works is an important task in middle school Chinese,but there have been problems in the teaching and learning of Lu Xun’s works."The most selected subject for Lu Xun’s works in middle school textbooks is fiction,so the above two aspects of Lu Xun’s novels require our attention.".Comparative reading teaching is a teaching form in which teachers guide students to compare and analyze articles from different levels and perspectives,within or between articles and other articles,in order to achieve teaching objectives.The characteristic of comparative reading teaching is to return the classroom to students,with students as the main body and teachers as the leading role.At the same time,it can make the classroom content have depth and students can think deeply,not only staying on the surface.In order to solve the difficulties encountered by teachers and students in learning Lu Xun’s novels,this study applies comparative reading teaching to the teaching of Lu Xun’s novels,and selects "Blessing",which is part of the first volume of senior high school and "Kong Yiji",which is part of the second volume of ninth grade,as examples for comparative reading teaching design.This article starts from the following sections:The introduction first elaborates the basis for selecting the topic from two aspects: the requirements of curriculum standards and the actual compilation of textbooks,and explains the purpose and significance of this study;Then it summarizes the current research situation,including the current research situation of comparative reading teaching in middle school Chinese,the research situation of Lu Xun’s "Blessings" and "Kong Yiji",as well as the comparative research status of the two;Finally,the research ideas and methods of this article are clarified.The first part briefly explains the concepts of comparative reading method and comparative reading teaching,explains the basic conditions for using comparative reading method,and compares the different types of reading teaching;Sorting out the selection and compilation of Lu Xun’s novels in the main versions of secondary school Chinese textbooks since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,as well as the selection and compilation of Lu Xun’s novels in some local versions of secondary school Chinese textbooks nationwide in recent years,analyzing the selection and compilation rules,and looking for the basis for the two articles selected in this article,"Blessing" and "Kong Yiji",as examples.The second part uses the form of a questionnaire to understand the actual situation of teachers and students in the process of teaching and learning Lu Xun’s novels,and to roughly understand their cognitive level and frequency of use of comparative reading teaching.Then,it analyzes the collected data,summarizes the problems,and synthesizes the opinions received,providing reference for subsequent comparative reading teaching attempts.The third part analyzes the text content of "Blessing" and "Kong Yiji" in detail from seven aspects: story background,layout intention,character image,language characteristics,narrative characteristics,article style,and theme.Using the analysis results,a practical teaching process for comparative reading of "Blessing" and "Kong Yiji" is designed,including pre class preparation,in class teaching,and post class consolidation and expansion.In the process,seven comparison methods are set up for the seven aspects of content analysis,namely,direct comparison,comprehensive comparison,correspondence comparison,reading comparison,inquiry comparison,opposition comparison,and inductive comparison.The adoption of each method is also explained.The fourth part summarizes four teaching strategies for comparative reading based on the previous research,the author’s own teaching experience,and the content of some literature,including: sufficient preparation for lessons,classification and processing of materials;Deep study and scientific division of plates;Reasonable links,clear division of labor between teachers and students;Comprehensive summary and timely application of methods.These strategies are based on the design of a complete comparative reading teaching classroom,with a certain degree of universality.
