The fundamental starting point of the classroom education teaching is the teaching objective which has guidance, motivation and evaluation. The reasonable teaching goal is the premise of effective teaching. But it is believed that in junior high schoole today, there were problems in the design and implementation of teaching goal, which was differnet from the new curriculum. In order to explore the optimization of the teaching goal and offer the teachers good references, this paper tried to analyze the problem of the design and implementation of the teaching goal in junior high school ideology and moral. It can better reflect the education value of the junior high school ideology and moral.In this paper, the questionnaire and the Instructional design of the front-line ideological and moral teachers in Dongguan city are analyzed to figure out the problems in ordinary teachers’Instructional design. Guided by the new curriculum, the principle of the optimization of the Instructional design and the detailed design method are raised to give the instructional design of junior high school ideology and moral. The paper consists of six parts:The first part is the proposition of the research question. It mainly expounds the reason for choosing the topic, the meaning of the research, the research status, the research method and the inadequate part of the topic.The second part tells the basic concept in detail. It gives the meaning of teaching goal, including the characteristics, functions and classifications. The evolution of the teaching goal of junior high school ideology and moral is briefly discussed to laid the foundation for the later study.The third part analyzed the meaning and the principles of the optimization of the junior high school ideology and moral instructional design.The fourth part analyzed the problem and the reason when instructional design was carried out.The fifth part put forward the solutions of the problem and elaborated the strategies of optimization of instructional design. The basic steps of instructional design were also proposed. The sixth part took the paper"Self-esteem is that we all need" as example to design teaching goal in accordance with the principle and strategy of the instructional design optimization.In summary, the problems were analyzed in the instructional design of junior high school ideology and moral. It could help the front-line teachers with designing scientific teaching goals in the new curriculum and achieving the optimal teaching effect.
