Concentration is the core content of children’s learning quality,which has value and significance for their lifelong learning and development.Concentration can not only promote the development of children’s cognitive and regulatory ability,but also predict their future academic performance and achievement to a certain extent.At present,there are abundant researches on children’s learning quality and concentration,but there are few researches on children’s concentration behavior characteristics.According to the characteristics of children`s psychology and age development,the intentional attention development of children aged 5-6 is more perfect than that of children under 5,and their focused behavior will be more obvious.Meanwhile,area activities,as the precious game activities of children,are an effective way to observe children’s concentration behavior characteristics.Therefore,this study takes area activities as the research carrier,observes the concentration state of 5-6-year-old children,encodes,refines and analyzes the characteristics of children’s concentration behavior in area activities in the collected original data,finds the cultivated soil behind the characteristics of 5-6-year-old children’s concentration behavior,and puts forward educational suggestions on this basis.In this study the observation method and interview method are used.The study invites 5-6-year-old children and teachers in class Q of X kindergarten to participate in.Firstly,use the observation index and observation table of 5-6-year-old children’s concentration behavior characteristics to observe children’s area activities for two months,and collect the original materials related to the concentration behavior characteristics of5-6-year-old children in area activities.Secondly,relaying on the rooting theory,the collected original materials of more than 70000 words are imported into NVivo12 software for coding and analysis.The research shows that the concentration behavior characteristics of children aged 5-6 in area activities mainly include five dimensions:focusing on current activities,holding clear goals,being insensitive to the passage of time,restraining the interference of irrelevant information,and actively coping with difficulties and challenges in activities.Through the analysis of the concentration behavior characteristics of children aged5-6 in area activities,this research deeply explores the cultivated soil of children’s concentration behavior characteristics in area activities.It is found that the cultivation of concentration behavior characteristics of 5-6-year-old children in regional activities is inseparable from the hint of material environment in area activities,harmonious teacherchild relationship,friendly and mutual aid peer relationship,sharp and meticulous observation ability of teachers and ingenious guidance methods of area activities.Based on the excavation of the soil for the cultivation of 5-6-year-old children’s concentration behavior characteristics,this study puts forward educational suggestions for the cultivation of 5-6-year-old children’s concentration behavior characteristics in area activities: deepen the understanding of the connotation and value of concentration,provide environmental support for area activities,practice observation ability in area activities,optimize the guidance mode of children’s area activities,and establish ecological class area activities. |
