In recent years,with the update of educational concepts,children’s focus has gradually been valued.Good focus not only promotes the development of young children’s thinking and perception abilities,but also serves as the foundation and prerequisite for their adaptation to social life,playing a crucial role in their future development.Attention,as a part of learning quality,is an important component of young children’s learning behavior and habits.This ability is of great significance for their brain development and plays an important role in the formation and development of their abilities to perceive,think,and remember things around them.In the preschool stage,games are an important carrier for young children to learn and an important organizational form for daily activities in kindergarten.Among them,construction games,as a common form of play in kindergartens,emphasize children’s hands-on operation,thinking,and anti-interference abilities,and have high observability.Therefore,this study selected 40 children from two middle classes of G Kindergarten in Rizhao City as the research subjects,and mainly used observation and interview methods to collect and analyze the frequency of children’s attention behavior performance in middle class construction games.The following conclusions were drawn: there are significant differences in children’s attention performance under different game types,and children in cooperative games perform better than those in individual games;There are differences in the concentration performance of young children of different genders,with boys having a higher degree of attention dispersion than girls;There are significant differences in the performance of young children’s focus under different materials,with low structured materials exhibiting better performance than high structured materials.Researchers summarize the factors that affect the performance of young children’s attention from three aspects: individual differences in young children,teacher concepts,abilities,and the conditions for constructing games.They also summarize the problems that exist in the cultivation of young children’s attention from three aspects: environmental settings,material placement,and teacher guidance methods for constructing games.Finally,based on the research findings,they propose improvement strategies: first,focus on young children and respect their individual differences;Secondly,arrange game time reasonably and create a suitable gaming environment;Thirdly,the reasonable combination of high and low structural materials and the selection of appropriate placement methods;Fourthly,enhance teachers’ professional literacy and abilities,and optimize guidance strategies;Finally,implement home co education and work together to cultivate children’s focus.
