At present,life education in middle schools in China is mainly carried out in the way of subject infiltration,and "Morality and rule of law" in junior high school is the main channel of life education for junior high school students.Life education is an important learning theme of "Morality and rule of law" in junior high school,and also the requirement of the core quality of "Morality and rule of law" in junior high school.Therefore,optimizing the course of life education and teaching of "Morality and the Rule of law" in junior middle school is conducive to implementing the core quality,which is conducive to improving students’ life morality and enhancing the concept of life first.Guided by the theory of life education,this paper uses the investigation method to investigate the current situation of the life education of "Morality and rule of law" in a middle school in H city,and thinks that the life education of "Morality and rule of law" in junior middle school is worthy of in-depth study and exploration.The context of the article is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,the domestic and foreign research status,the research ideas and methods,and the innovations and shortcomings of the research.The second part is the relevant concept and theoretical basis of life education.It mainly expounds the life,general life education,junior high school "morality and rule of law" in life education and the theoretical basis of life education.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of life education in the course of morality and the rule of law in junior high school.This part mainly analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey and summarizes the achievements of the current life education of "morality and the rule of law" in junior high school.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes existing in the life education of "Morality and rule of law" in junior high school.The problems of life education in junior high school "morality and rule of law" are: teachers ’life teaching concept is vague,the content of life education in teaching materials is lacking,and students’ understanding of life education is not comprehensive.The main reasons are as follows: first,the lack of family education,second,the influence of exam-oriented education,third,the research of life education is not mature,fourth,the lack of teachers’ life education literacy.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in life education in the course of "Morality and rule of law" in junior high school.The countermeasures are: first,improve teachers ’life education quality;second,strengthen students’ life education;third,improve the content of life education.Finally,in order to apply the solution to the actual teaching,the author attached a specific "Teaching Design".
