| Rule of law education is an important component of ideological and political courses,and the integrated teaching of rule of law education has also begun to receive widespread attention.Teenagers mainly receive rule of law education through school teaching,and ideological and political courses in middle and high schools are important channels for rule of law education.Junior high school is an intermediate link in the learning stage chain,and its integrated state deeply affects the effectiveness of rule of law education.This article,through literature research,text analysis,and teaching practice investigation,is based on the two stages of junior high school,relying on ideological and political education,and focusing on the theme of rule of law education.It is divided into four parts to study the integrated teaching of rule of law education in the two stages.The first part is an overview of the integrated teaching of rule of law education in ideological and political courses in junior high schools.Firstly,define the concepts of rule of law education,integrated teaching of ideological and political courses,and integrated teaching of rule of law education in middle and high school ideological and political courses;secondly,analyze the positive significance of the integrated teaching of rule of law education in the ideological and political courses of middle and high schools in cultivating students ’ rule of law concepts and awareness,implementing subject core competencies,and enhancing the effectiveness of rule of law education in middle and high schools.The second part is an analysis of the content of legal education in ideological and political courses in junior high schools.By sorting out the content of rule of law education in textbooks,we can clarify the distribution of rule of law education content in current textbooks and the requirements of curriculum standards for rule of law education.The third part discusses the main problems in the integrated teaching of rule of law education in ideological and political courses in junior high schools.Through text analysis,classroom observation,questionnaire survey,and interviews,it was found that the current integrated teaching of rule of law education in ideological and political courses in middle and high schools lacks awareness of progressive connection and opportunities for learning exchange,the teaching objectives are not strong in stages,the effectiveness of connection is insufficient,the teaching content is repetitive and fragmented,the teaching methods lack diversity and compatibility,and the teaching evaluation methods lack process evaluation and one-sided evaluation standards.The fourth part is the strategy of integrating legal education in ideological and political courses in junior high schools.In response to the problems in the integrated teaching of rule of law education,this article preliminarily explores the strategies for optimizing the integrated teaching of rule of law education in ideological and political courses in junior high schools.Firstly,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of progressive connection,build an integrated communication platform,and enrich teacher discussion activities;secondly,it is necessary to understand the stage differences in teaching objectives between junior and senior high schools,enhance the awareness of connection,and ensure the vertical connection of teaching objectives;once again,it is necessary to clarify the level of teaching content and independently study adjacent teaching materials;then,it is necessary to create vivid and diverse teaching contexts,and accurately teach in real legal contexts;finally,it is necessary to adopt diversified evaluation methods and develop multidimensional evaluation standards.The multi wheel drive of the above strategies promotes the integration of teaching awareness,goals,content,methods,and evaluation in the rule of law education of ideological and political courses in junior and high schools,thereby jointly promoting the integrated teaching of legal education in ideological and political courses in junior and high schools. |
