The rule of law is the guarantee of safeguarding individual rights.It is the basis for promoting the healthy development of society.The rule of law of society is the embodiment of national economic,political and cultural development.Therefore,the construction of the country under the rule of law is the inevitable requirement of the socialist countries."The rule of law education into the national education system" so that the original commitment to the task of the rule of law education in high school ideological and political class is more attention.In the high school ideological and political teaching to develop the rule of law education,on the one hand,for high school students,they can let them more fully grasp the socialist legal system of our basic laws,the basic system,improve their ability to practice the rule of law,enhance their The rule of law;on the other hand,the state and society,the rule of law is the value of the country goals,is the value orientation of society,the rule of law education is the rule of law country magic.At present,the rule of law education has made some achievements,but in the process of education under the rule of law also showed many problems.Through the questionnaire survey of a middle school in Yan’an City,it is found that the emphasis on the education of the rule of law is not enough,the high school students learn the content of the rule of law is strong,the content of the rule of law deviates from the reality of the students’ life and so on.On the Quality of Rule of Law Education in the Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Senior Middle Schools.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the rule of law education in the teaching of the ideological and political courses in senior high school,this paper puts forward four suggestions on how to implement the goal of the rule of law education,the content of the rule of law,the rich teaching methods and the reform evaluation system.The quality of the rule of law is one of the basic qualities that high school students must possess in their daily life.It is a necessary condition for high school students to learn to live.Therefore,it is indispensable for high school students to receive rule of law education.High school ideological and political lessons are comprehensive curriculum,ideological and practical is the basic attribute.The implementation of the rule of law education in the teaching of the ideological and political courses in senior high school,to improve the students ’ability of practicing the rule of law and to enhance the students’ rule of law is the embodiment of the ideological and political lessons of high school.
