Happiness is the ideal and goal of human beings,and the life state of human beings.It is not only the subjective emotional feelings of the individual,but also includes its material life and spiritual life state,and is closely related to the whole social life.In contemporary China,seeking happiness for the people is the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of China.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to enhance the happiness of the Chinese people.This is the value of the "Chinese Dream" and contains the Marxist philosophy of happiness,and is in line with the traditional Chinese thought of happiness.However,happiness requires not only the support of the objective social environment,but also the recognition and awareness of the individual's subjective consciousness,and also the practice of action.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has created a miracle of economic growth attracting the attention of the world.People's lives have undergone tremendous changes,but contrary to it,the happiness index has not changed accordingly.Especially in the Chinese teenagers born after the 21 st century,they grew up in the era of material wealth,but did not enjoy the matching spiritual wealth,but faced with increasing mental pressure and psychological problems.At the same time,the concept of youth happiness is vulnerable to the influence of various social bad thoughts,and individual concept of happiness to its moral cognition,lifestyle,aesthetic taste and other important influence,so how to make through Morality and the Rule of Law education teenagers establish scientific and reasonable concept of happiness,cultivate its healthy psychological quality and sound personality become the era of education need response.This study takes happiness education as the theme,integrates the Marxist view of happiness with the traditional Chinese happiness thought and the happiness research of psychology,uses the law of ideological formation and development transformation in the field of Morality and the Rule of Law education,and discusses the theoretical basis and specific practical methods of happiness education from the perspective of various disciplines.For happiness education existing problems,through field research,found that happiness education into the morality and the rule of law class into consciousness is not strong,into content,single method,into poor effect,after analysis found the cause of the problem mainly reflected in the school and teachers' happiness education consciousness lag,teachers for happiness education content lack of integration,teaching method innovation and student participation is not high four aspects.According to the survey results and combined with the existing teaching materials and practical teaching situation of the "ideological and political" course in junior high school,This study grasps the three principles of subjectivity,reality and permeability,Based on promoting academic growth and happiness,Focusing on helping students establish a correct view of happiness,With the support of enhancing students' interpersonal relationship and happiness,Focus on the solution of the practical problems of junior high school students;At the micro level,by enhancing the happiness education awareness of schools and Morality and the Rule of Law course teachers,Strengthen the training of Morality and the Rule of Law course teachers' happiness education concept in three aspects to achieve the promotion of happiness education consciousness;From the analysis of the content of the textbook,Design special courses on objective management,emotional intelligence management,mindfulness practice,Cooperate with other disciplines in three aspects to grasp the content of happiness education;Through the use of the network to carry out happiness education,increase the practice of happiness education,play the implicit function of happiness education to enrich the method of integration;Finally,by improving the targeted enhancement effect of happiness education,and enhancing the enhancement effect by improving students' happiness experience.
