As the latest edition of Compulsory Education Geography Curriculum Standards is officially promulgated in 2022,the cultivation of "core literacy of geography" has become a hot topic in middle school geography teaching.As one of the core literacy of geography,how to cultivate junior middle school students’ comprehensive thinking is worthy of our discussion and research.Traditional geography homework has many contents,complicated tasks,poor pertinence and other problems.Most of the students’ abilities are examined at the level of understanding and memorization,and few are discussed from the level of in-depth core literacy of geography.Geography unit assignment design is a reform of traditional geography assignment design,that is,teachers reconstruct the idea of assignment design according to the unit theme or unit concept,establish the unit assignment objective,and then choose the assignment form to design the assignment content.The core quality of geography discipline calls for unit teaching design,and unit teaching is conducive to the development of students’ comprehensive thinking.Therefore,as an important link of unit teaching,the characteristics of unit homework design,such as comprehensiveness,progressiveness and systematism,echo the characteristics of comprehensive thinking.It has a unique advantage in cultivating students’ comprehensive thinking quality in junior middle school geography teaching.Taking the unit of "Natural factors affecting human life" as an example,this paper discusses the unit assignment design strategy guided by the cultivation of comprehensive thinking quality and the new unit assignment design method as a means.In this paper,literature method,case analysis method,interview method and action research method are adopted to carry out research on the reorganized unit "Natural Factors affecting Human life" in the first volume of junior high school Geography Grade 8(human Education Edition)as an example,so as to study the design strategy of junior high school geography unit homework based on the cultivation of comprehensive thinking,in order to provide reference for front-line teachers’ geography unit homework design.This paper has two main research problems: first,put forward junior high school geography unit assignment design strategy;2.Implement the comprehensive thinking training of "Natural Factors affecting Human life" unit through the homework design strategy of junior middle school geography unit;Therefore,the specific research work of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects.On the one hand,the design strategy should be infiltrated into the comprehensive thinking that needs to be cultivated in the geographical unit.This paper takes the unit of "Natural factors affecting human life" as an example,and the operation design of this unit focuses on the cultivation of comprehensive thinking while taking into account the development of other qualities.On the other hand,from the perspective of composition and relationship between composition,this paper puts forward the design strategy of junior high school geography unit assignment based on the cultivation of comprehensive thinking.The conclusions are as follows: First,this paper firstly analyzes the unit homework design cases of others,designs and implements the unit homework of "natural factors affecting human life" according to the inspiration of the case analysis,and gets inspiration on the design strategy.Then,it interviews the geography teachers of junior middle school to improve and perfect the design strategy,and summarizes six design strategies from the perspective of the composition and relationship of unit homework design.1.Based on the core content of the unit,define the unit task theme;2.Based on the cultivation of comprehensive thinking,integrate the content structure of the unit;3.Pay attention to accomplishment of accomplishment,formulate operation objectives 4.Construct operation design ideas based on real situation 5.6.Pay attention to comprehensive thinking and optimize the evaluation of test questions.Secondly,the template of junior high school geography unit is designed under the guidance of junior high school geography unit assignment design strategy.Thirdly,taking the unit of "Natural Factors Affecting Human Life" in the first volume of Grade 8(human Education Edition)as an example,we can get enlightenment on the design strategy by analyzing the unit homework design cases of others.Based on the theoretical basis of this paper and combined with the homework design template of junior high school geography unit,The unit work of "Natural factors affecting human life" is designed from the perspective of cultivating comprehensive thinking. |
