| Comprehensive thinking literacy is one of the four core literacies of geography,and the cultivation of comprehensive thinking occupies an important position in junior high school geography teaching.As an important part of the construction of "Digital China",Tianditu is the most comprehensive Internet map service website with the most basic geographic information resources in China,and has strong convenience and openness.The combination of Tianditu and geography teaching,not only meets the requirements of education informatization,helps to create and optimize the geography classes.also helps to enhance students’ comprehensive thinking literacy.At present,the research on the application of Tianditu-based geography teaching in secondary schools to cultivate comprehensive thinking literacy among junior high school students is not systematic and complete.Therefore,based on the literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper discusses the strategy of cultivating comprehensive thinking literacy of junior high school students in geography by combining the relevant functions of the sky map and designing specific teaching cases.The results of the study show that,firstly,the junior high school students participating in the survey attach importance to the improvement of their comprehensive thinking skills and have a higher expectation of using Tianditu for geography learning,but their level of comprehensive thinking in geography needs to be further improved.The geography teachers of the participating secondary schools are more receptive to using Tianditu for teaching,and the schools are better equipped,which is conducive to the cultivation of comprehensive thinking literacy in geography based on Tianditu.However,the teachers do not have a deep understanding of the functions of Tianditu,and there are fewer referenceable teaching cases based on Tianditu,which hinders the application of Tianditu in the cultivation of comprehensive thinking literacy in geography in junior secondary schools.Based on the above findings,this paper takes the seventh grade and eighth grade geography of the Xiangjiao version of the textbook as an example,and from the three dimensions of comprehensive thinking literacy in geography,it screens the teaching contents of junior high school geography suitable for cultivating comprehensive thinking literacy in geography based on Tianditu and the functions of Tianditu applicable to junior high school geography teaching.On this basis,this paper proposes specific teaching strategies for cultivating comprehensive thinking literacy in geography among junior high school students based on Tianditu,including using functions such as layer overlay in thematic layers of Tianditu to cultivate comprehensive thinking of elements,using functions such as online maps and provincial nodes of Tianditu to cultivate comprehensive thinking of space and time,using functions such as regional thematic maps of Tianditu to cultivate integrated thinking of places,and improving the training and cultivation of teachers in teachers’ application of the Tianditu platform.Finally,this paper takes two lessons,Population of China and Land Resources of China,as examples to illustrate the implementation of the teaching process from the parts of learning objectives and teaching design,using the functions of Tianditu such as online maps,thematic layers and thematic channels to assist geography teaching in order to cultivate comprehensive thinking literacy of junior high school students in geography,with a view to providing teaching reference for the majority of geography teachers to cultivate comprehensive thinking literacy of junior high school students in geography based on Tianditu.The aim is to provide a reference for geography teachers to develop comprehensive thinking skills of junior high school students based on Tianditu.This paper still has the following shortcomings: the questionnaire survey has problems such as a strong tendency of sample areas,and the scope of the survey needs to be further expanded in the future;the designed teaching case has not been practically verified,and it needs to be continuously improved in junior high school geography teaching practice in the future,and the effect of cultivating junior high school students’ comprehensive thinking literacy based on the Tianditu needs to be evaluated. |
