| Innovation and entrepreneurship is the engine of China’s high-quality economic development,and scientific and technological talents are the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the role of scientific and technological talents must be given full play to achieve high-quality economic development.The Report on the Development of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in China in 2020 shows that all sectors of society are enthusiastic about innovation and entrepreneurship with remarkable results,but the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship of scientific and technological talents in Hebei Province are not obvious due to the influence of historical and geographical factors,based on which it is important to investigate the factors influencing the innovation and entrepreneurship of scientific and technological talents in Hebei Province.Based on the triadic interaction determinism,this paper constructs a model of influencing factors from six levels: individual factors,social network factors,organizational environment of the unit,industry factors,protection system factors and social environment factors.2116 valid samples were collected by questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed by reliability test,chi-square test and binary logistic regression using SPSS 26.0statistical software.The results of the study showed that gender was one of the most important factors.The results of the study showed that the personal factors of gender,age,profession,personal title,attitude of science and technology talents towards innovation and entrepreneurship and their understanding of policies,the social network factors of friends and relatives’ experience in innovation and entrepreneurship,the organizational environment of their units in terms of scientific research base,distribution of three rights of scientific and technological achievements,transformation plan of scientific and technological achievements,talent cultivation mechanism and salary incentive mechanism,the industry factors of market activity,the security system of Hebei Province in terms of The social environment has a significant impact on the acceptance of the public,the ease of access and communication of innovation and entrepreneurship information,and the uncertainty of the environment on the innovation and entrepreneurship of scientific and technological talents.Based on this,this paper proposes talent strategies for science and technology talents in Hebei Province in terms of constructing dual innovation service stations,dual innovation demonstration zones and improving dual innovation chains in order to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of science and technology talents in Hebei Province for innovation and entrepreneurship. |
