| When college students go to the countryside to start a business,they can not only realize the personal value of success,but also provide all kinds of talents for rural construction,promote the employment of idle labor in the countryside to increase family income,promote the spread of new ideas and technologies in the countryside,and promote the good and orderly development of the countryside.Thus,it is necessary to study the affecting factors of college students’ willingness to go to the countryside to start a business,and then take measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to go to the countryside to start a business.First of all,this article introduced the basic concepts of entrepreneurship,rural entrepreneurship of college students,rural entrepreneurial willingness,as well as basic theories such as agricultural entrepreneurship theory,planned behavior theory,and ternary interaction theory,to provide theoretical support for the following research.Secondly,through the literature and combining with the actual situation of A university to design the questionnaire,the questionnaire is widely distributed with the students of IMAU as the research object.From 2021.01.20 to 2021.02.15,a total of 600 questionnaires were issued,and 536 valid questionnaires were screened out.Finally,SPSS software was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test,collinearity diagnosis and binary Logistic regression analysis on the survey data.To dig out the hidden inner relationship of the survey data,and find out the significant factors that affect the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students in IMAU.The research results show that:(1)Individual characteristic variables have a significant impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Among them,the risk identification ability has a negative impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students,and the variables such as whether the college students have research experience in rural and pastoral areas and attitudes toward risks have a positive effect on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.To influence.(2)The family background variable has a significant impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Variables such as the type of parent’s occupation,whether relatives and friends have entrepreneurial experience,and the family’s attitude towards rural entrepreneurship have a positive impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.(3)Entrepreneurship education variables have a significant impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students,whether the school entrepreneurship curriculum has an enlightenment effect,whether they have participated in the college student innovation and entrepreneurship competition and other variables have a positive impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.(4)Entrepreneurship policy variables have a significant impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Among them,the familiarity of college students’ entrepreneurial loan policy has a negative impact on the rural entrepreneurial willingness of college students.According to the conclusions,several suggestions are put forward: First,college students of A university should treat risks correctly and cultivate the ability to identify and resolve risks;second,parents should change their ideas,guide them correctly,and support them reasonably;third,A universities should add the social practice in rural pastoral areas and the practice of agricultural entrepreneurship;fourth,the relevant departments should lower the financing threshold and guide the entry of rural leisure capital. |
