| Since the development of the era of knowledge economy,international competition has increasingly revolved around the competition of creative talents,and creativity is crucial to the growth and development of primary school students,so we need to actively guide them at the basic education stage.This paper is divided into five parts,trying to cultivate the creativity of primary school students through labor education and solve the current practical problem of primary school students’ lack of creativity.The first part of the introduction clarifies the background of the topic selection and defines the core concepts of this article.Focusing on the connotation,development and role of labor education,the problems and coping strategies of labor education for primary school students,the creative cultivation of primary school students and the creative training in labor education were reviewed.The second part is a survey of the current situation of primary school students’ creativity,through which the performance of primary school students’ creative lack is analyzed.It is mainly manifested in four aspects:first,curiosity and imagination are not strong;Second,the hands-on operation ability is weak,and there is an imbalance between learning and application;Third,the sense of subjectivity is not strong,and the status of subjectivity is still insufficient;Fourth,the quality of will is weak,including lack of perseverance,poor self-control,poor independence,self-centeredness and other aspects.The third part analyzes the causes of primary school students’ creative deficit,and explores from three perspectives: first,there are deviations in parents’ educational concepts,and different parenting styles have different impacts on primary school students’ creativity;Second,the closed classroom environment and negative interpersonal relationships in the school will lead to insufficient initiative and excess passivity of primary school students;Third,in the context of examination-oriented education,people’s one-sided understanding of traditional cultural concepts such as "moderation" makes primary school students have a "convergence" performance,thereby inhibiting creative development.The fourth part discusses the intrinsic relationship between labor education and the creative cultivation of primary school students.First of all,the creative thinking of primary school students is formed in the process of practice,and without practice,creative thinking cannot be produced and will not develop.Labor itself is a practical activity,from the development process of labor to the selection and application of labor education tools,it can reflect the practicality and creativity of labor.Secondly,labor education can cultivate the creativity of primary school students by promoting their knowledge understanding,activating their thinking ability,cultivating their positive emotions,and shaping their creative personality.The fifth part is the research on the strategy of labor education to cultivate the creativity of primary school students.Based on the five aspects of "curiosity,imagination,subjectivity,inquiry ability,and volitional quality",targeted suggestions are made.First,create a good working environment and rationally organize labor games to stimulate the curiosity of primary school students;Second,organize primary school students to appreciate labor art works,read labor myths and stories,and enrich their imagination from the aesthetic experience of traditional culture;Third,give full play to the role of teachers as guidance and labor models,and adopt self-evaluation methods in labor to cultivate the subjectivity of primary school students;Fourth,labor education rooted in project-based activities to enhance the inquiry ability of primary school students;Fifth,through life service labor,agricultural production labor,and social welfare labor,to shape the good will quality of primary school students.The development of individuals depends on labor,social progress is inseparable from creative talents,and shifting from single labor production to multi-dimensional labor creation is an inevitable requirement for the development of the new era.We should break the traditional cognitive concepts,pay attention to cultivating the creative qualities and problem-solving ability of primary school students,and promote the deep integration of labor education and creative training of primary school students in an all-round,multi-level and multi-subject manner,so as to highlight the educational function of labor and promote the all-round growth of primary school students. |
