The essence of " labor creating material and spiritual wealth,and then creating a happy and beautiful life ",should be diliver and experience in the new generation as a positive life practice concept and ability.Labor education is an education activities and form that organizes students to participate in various labor practices or activities that are closely related to labor purposefully and systematically,and guides them cooperative dialogue,thinking and understanding,to promote the comprehensive development of students' labor literacy and the formation of complete people.Due to the characteristics and needs of physical,cognitive,emotional,and character development of elementary school students,labor education of the elementary school students has obvious characteristics of generality,ubiquity,subjectivity,embodiment and interaction.Which make a important and profound influence in the cultivation of the life base,the reshaping of social relations and the creation of happiness life for the primary school students.The results of the labor education development of the primary school students show that:labor education is gradually being valued by various educational subjects,and some regions,schools,and parents have conducted beneficial attempts in labor education practice for elementary students;but overall in terms of progress,the progress is still slow.There are problems such as inadequate,bias and utilitarianism understanding of the value of elementary school students' labor education.In practice,there are also problems such as lack of labor education,unclear main responsibilities,narrowing and formalization,which making it difficult to achieve the rich educational values.Mistakes in labor,education,values,and thinking modes of various educational subjects are subjective factors in the difficult to achieve the value of primary school students' labor education,which also is their root causes.The lack of materials,imperfect systems,and weak labor culture are objective factor.Therefore,in order to achieve the important value of labor education in the new era of primary school students,the prerequisite is adult self-reflection and action on" labor"," education",and "labor happiness ".To form a culture of advocating labor and becoming a recognition of the value of labor education;again,the three major education areas of the family,school,and society must perform their duties,adapt to local conditions,Co-education provides primary students with a wealth of opportunities for labour,Let primary school students return to the main body of their daily labor life,cultivate interest,develop wisdom,and be creative in daily labor life,simple labor production and service labor;finally,as educators or adults of mature laborers should work together with elementary school students in dialogue and provide appropriate guidance,learning and growth together.In this way,the labor education life and happy labor life can break through the restrictions of subjective and objective factors and be normalized.
