From Dependenced To Initiative:Social Work Participation In Rural Home Care Services Practice Path Research

The proverb of "never leave home for the elderly" not only fits in with our traditional pension culture concept,but also fits in with the needs of the elderly under the background of the aging population.In the future,our country is faced with the horizontal expansion and vertical deepening of aging population,and it is decided that it will be a long-term problem for our country to deal with the aging population and enhance the quality of pension.The aging in rural areas is more deeply rooted and the burden of the elderly is more heavy."Embedded" rural home care service is an important strategic task to deal with the aging of the rural population in our country and an important form of promoting the development of the mode of mutual care service in our country.The participation of social work in the development of rural home care services is highly compatible with its unique professional knowledge,value orientation and ethical principles.However,at present,the rural areas of China still have the problem of insufficient development power due to backward economic development,remote geographical location,cultural shackles and so on.Therefore,the development of home care services in some rural areas is dependent on serious development,lack of initiative and initiative.As a key breakthrough to deal with the problem of aging population,social work participation and intervention have important value significance.The regional development model emphasizes the exploration,cultivation,development and consolidation of the internal power of the community,and emphasizes the ability to achieve self-help rather than relying on external resources.At present,rural home care services have achieved a large area of coverage,but the current development is mostly in the "embedded" stage,service quality,resource construction and other aspects need to be improved,that is to say,there are problems of landing and sustainable development of rural home care services.The government,charity groups and other groups play an important role in the development of rural home care services.However,blind policy assistance,fund donation and other measures are often inconsistent with the actual development needs of rural home care services and the optimal use of resources.The author believes that in order to truly stimulate the vitality of rural home care services and realize its sustainable development concept,it is necessary to stimulate its internal motivation as an important breakthrough,and social work participation with professional knowledge and skills has strong applicability and necessity.In this,we can give full play to the role of resource link,organizer,advocate and so on to inject fresh water into the development of rural home care services.In this paper,L village is selected for field research.Through analyzing and discussing the practice process of social work participating in rural home care service,semi-structured interviews are conducted with the staff,social workers and service objects of rural home care service sites to obtain first-hand data.Through the assessment before and after social work participation in rural home care services and the satisfaction survey of site staff and service objects,to evaluate the effectiveness of social work participation and path choice,in-depth analysis of social work in the process of participation in methods and skills,theoretical basis and path choice.It is found that the participation of social work in the development of rural home care services has an important impact on the improvement of service quality,resource construction and customer satisfaction.This paper aims to study and analyze the practice of social work and rural home care service,so as to provide some ideas for the development of Chinese rural home care service,further improve the happiness of Chinese rural home care and meet the development requirements of The Times.
