Nowadays,with the rapid development of society,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent,which inevitably becomes a hot topic of discussion in today’s society.The phenomenon of population aging is a necessary stage of the development of human society,which not only seriously restricts the quality and level of development of the whole society,but also seriously affects the social well-being and satisfaction of the masses of the people.China is a large population country with the largest population in the world.At the same time,China is also an agricultural country,the rural population is an important part of the population composition of our country.Since the reform and opening up,the urban life has changed with each passing day,the city economy develops rapidly,the economic level increases rapidly.But with Urban differences,rural per capita income growth rate is relatively slow,resulting in a large number of young rural adults turned their eyes to the city,began to seek change,a large number of rural young and strong labor force has entered various cities and small cities.The loss of the rural labor force and the miniaturization of the family structure lead to the problem of providing for the aged in the rural areas is becoming more and more serious.At this time,the emergence of rural pension institutions as a major way to alleviate the problem of rural old-age came into being,and presented a blowout-type development phenomenon.Despite the emergence of this form of old-age support,people have raised a series of questions about whether the services they provide can really meet the real needs of the elderly in rural areas.At present,it seems that the issue of how to provide for the elderly in rural areas is a new and controversial topic.In this paper,the social work involved in the rural institutions of the elderly is discussed.Based on the empirical investigation carried out by the rural institutions for the elderly,based on the relevant information obtained from the investigation,the intervention of social work in the rural pension institutions as the medium,the professional theory and method of social work as the means,A series of investigations and studies were carried out.Selecting D County Center for the elderly in Anhui Province as the spot of field investigation and literature research,the author made a deep understanding of the situation in the hospital.Taking the demand theory as an analytical tool and means,through in-depth interviews with the elderly in institutions,we can understand the needs of the elderly at present,and compare them with the present situation of service provision in the current care homes for the elderly.ThRough careful comparison and analysis,it is found that the service of the Center for the elderly in D County,Anhui Province,does not basically meet the actual needs of the elderly in the hospital,mainly reflected in the spiritual needs of the elderly;At the same time,there are also some inadequate infrastructure,institutional services and management.The phenomenon of being in place.In addition,the lack of relevant professional service staff in pension institutions also limits the quality and level of service provided by pension institutions to a large extent.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the service of the central nursing home in County D of Anhui Province,the author enters the social work service station of the central nursing home for the elderly as a social worker,and carries out the practical research on the social work intervention.Taking a number of elderly people and staff in the home of respect for the elderly as the main culprits,comprehensively applying the theories and methods of social work profession,putting forward feasible solutions to the problems,to try many aspects.Multi-angle for the current rural old-age institutions to solve the common problems to provide suggestions.According to the actual progress of social work intervention,according to the actual progress of social work intervention,the suggestions and opinions of social work intervention for the aged in rural institutions are obtained by going deep into the grass-roots level and understanding the situation of old-age care service in the center of D County of AnHui Province.It is hoped that with such efforts,the service quality and service level of rural old-age institutions can be further improved,and the practical needs of the elderly people in rural areas can be met as much as possible.At the same time can also let more talents understand and choose to engage in social work,promote social work talent team growing.
