Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Interactive Coupling Of Service Target Expansion In Marriage And Family Counseling

At present,with the development of society,marriage problems are frequent,marriage crises are serious,and it affects the normal functions of the family and the harmonious development of society,bringing great challenges to people’s normal life order.In order to actively respond to the increasingly frequent marriage crisis,improve people’s happiness and maintain social harmony and stability,the Ministry of Civil Affairs proposed to vigorously introduce social work to promote its entry into the field of marriage and family to solve problems,so as to strengthen crisis intervention for people in marriage crisis and reduce the social divorce rate.Social work has also become the most important force to solve the problem of marriage crisis,and it will also be the inevitable direction for solving the problem of marriage crisis in the future.This paper aims to explore the dilemma and countermeasures of social work in marriage crisis,and takes the interaction coupling dilemma between social workers and people in marriage crisis in the process of developing service targets as the research theme.Based on the marriage and family counseling projects that the author came into contact with during his internship at X Social Work Agency,the literature research method,in-depth interview method,participatory observation method,etc.were used to collect the data required for the research,and through participating in and observing the specific process of marriage and family counseling services,I systematically understood the reality and dilemma of marriage and family counseling work in X social work institution.Under the guidance of social network theory,the interaction coupling dilemma based on "weak relationship" is systematically summarized into three aspects:the coupling dilemma of demand interaction,the coupling dilemma of interpersonal interaction and the coupling dilemma of institutional interaction.Through analysis,it is concluded that the main reasons for the dilemma of interactive coupling are the ability factors at the individual level,the influencing factors of consciousness at the cultural level,and the factors of industry system at the structural level.On this basis,combined with relevant research,taking better construction of interactive coupling relationship as the starting point,this paper puts forward the "four social parallel progress" strategy to solve the dilemma of interactive coupling in marriage and family counseling from the perspective of social work at the individual level,social public awareness at the cultural level,social work services at the structural level and social system: first,enhance the professional capacity building of social workers and improve the level of demand response ability;The second is to transform the public awareness and enhance the role of trust as a foundation;The third is to explore new models of social work services and innovate service promotion paths;The fourth is to strengthen the construction of social systems and promote the development of the social work industry.
