The Marriage And Family Exploration Of Yong Migrant Workers Under The Perspective Of Corporate Social Work

With the further development of reform and opening up,China’s industrialization and urbanization speeds up, migrant workers were also experiencing and changing, the new generation migrant workers become the backbone of the group and the main force of city construction. Adults in gold reproductive period of the new generation migrant workers have to face the social task. Under migrant workers face a collective "lose power" situation, however, they in terms of mate selection, love, marriage and birth often encounter setbacks and get into trouble. Purpose of this study is through the marriage of young migrant workers family situation research, exploring the enterprise social work to deal with the problem of young migrant workers the necessity and feasibility, and promote the construction of harmonious enterprises and labor relations. This paper adopts the qualitative research of case interview method, goes deeply into the young migrant workers live and work of their world, and observe them on the mate selection, marriage and family problems, and enterprise social work of intervention methods should be applied case, employee ability to ascend, and social network support, volunteers, community activities and government to promote. Through the enterprise social work intervention and support can create nutritious favorable environment, effectively improve the private enterprise internal pressure of young migrant workers because of marriage family problems and trouble.
