High school students are the reserve talents of the country and the main force of building a harmonious society.Therefore,strengthening the legal education of senior high school students is not only the need of ruling the country by law and building a harmonious society,but also the inevitable requirement of implementing quality education and new curriculum reform.The Guidelines for Legal Education in Primary and Secondary Schools issued in 2007 clearly put forward the combination of legal education and teaching of various disciplines.At present,there are few researches on the status quo of biology infiltration legal education in high school,and the survey samples are not large,the survey objects are not representative,lack of sufficient data support,and the content of the research is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,this study firstly makes a comprehensive review of the penetration points of the legal system in five new student textbooks of high school biology.Secondly,it selects representative middle schools in Ganzhou City as examples to investigate the current situation of the penetration of legal system education in high school biology,to deeply understand the current situation of the penetration of legal system education in biology teaching,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this paper introduces the present situation of legal education in middle school,the basic situation of legal education in discipline teaching,especially the progress of research on legal education in biology discipline,and defines important concepts.Secondly,through the teaching material study method,based on five high school biology textbooks for new students,the legal penetration points are sorted out and tabulated,and it is found that there are a lot of permeable knowledge points and great potential for exploitation.Thirdly,through the method of questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis,taking ten representative high schools in Ganzhou City as an example,the investigation and study of the current situation of biology infiltration of legal education in high school,the results show that: some schools are actively carrying out legal education;Students think it is necessary to infiltrate legal content in biology class and like such class;The infiltration of legal education in biology has many positive effects;TV and legal documentaries are popular ways of legal education for students.In addition to the above positive parts of legal education,it is also found that there are still some problems and shortcomings,such as: most schools do not pay enough attention to legal education;The frequency of law education in biology teaching is low and the initiative is not enough.The main difficulties that teachers encounter in penetrating legal education are uneven legal literacy,insufficient class hours and single penetration method of legal education.Students’ understanding of law is not comprehensive enough,their intention to use it is not high,and their awareness of the legal system is weak.In view of the above problems,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of society and family,school and education authorities,teachers and so on.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,that is,for the government,education authorities and schools,first of all,we should attach importance to legal education,second,we should strengthen the legal education and training of teachers,focus on the development of legal education resources,actively build a legal material sharing platform,and do our best to implement the legal infiltration work.For teachers,the concept of exam-oriented education should be changed,personal legal literacy should be enhanced,legal penetration points hidden in biology textbooks should be fully explored,teaching methods should be actively improved,and students’ enthusiasm for studying law in biology classes should be stimulated.Finally,through the case study method,some of the proposed countermeasures are integrated into the teaching design,and the biology classroom teaching practice permeating legal education is carried out.The results of the case show that the biology classroom teaching permeated with legal education can not only stimulate students’ enthusiasm for law study,improve the teaching quality,but also effectively enrich students’ legal knowledge and improve the legal literacy of senior high school students.The study not only enriched the theory of combining subject teaching with legal education,but also provided feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the majority of front-line biology teachers to penetrate legal education in teaching practice.At the same time,it also helped to improve the core quality of high school students,strengthen the sense of social responsibility,and further promote the development of quality education.
