Middle school students are like budding flowers, and their overall quality improvement and comprehensive development are closely linked to the nation’s hope and the country’s future. China’s famous thinker, educator Xingzhi Tao once said: "Teacher should not be designed to teach, his responsibility is to teach people to behave. Student should not be designed to study, his responsibility is to learn life’s road." [1] Thus, any educators of any subject should clearly recognize that their education responsibility is to impart knowledge and educate people. However, because the Essential-Quality-Oriented(EQO) Education has not been fully implemented in practical education, some teachers often emphasize on intellectual education and ignore the moral education, which leads to radical ideas and unruly behavior of some students. This has been an outstanding problem existing in the current middle school education, therefore, legal education has become an important topic of secondary education. [2] This study was designed to explore the implementation status, implementation effect and the impact factor of legal education in current middle school physics teaching.First of all, I reviewed a lot of related literatures and illegal cases of junior high school students related to junior high school physics knowledge, deeply analyzed the cause of these cases and explain the significance of this research.Then, I create "junior high school physics teaching seepage law education implementation situation questionnaire" on the basis of related theory, to investigate the implementation status, implementation effect and the impact factor of legal education in current middle school physics teaching, and conducted interviews with teachers for more prominent issues. The results showed that:(1) At present, most junior high school physics teachers have recognized that infiltration law education in the teaching is important for students personal growth,as well as for social stability, but there are still some teachers have a fuzzy cognitive of their responsibility for legal education;(2) The overall implementation of legal education in junior high school physical teaching is not optimistic;(3) The implementation of legal education in junior high school physical teaching is uneven, among different teachers;(4) Influence factors of the implementation of the legal system education in physics teaching include teaching time, teaching resources, teacher evaluation system, overall quality of teachers, etc.In order to learn the implementation effect of legal education in physics teaching in junior high school, I compiled an questionnaire "Teaching effect of junior high school physics penetrated with legal education ". The results showed: Penetrating law education in junior high school physics teaching won’t affect students’ physical performance, can improve their learning interest, and enhance students’ ability to protect themselves, behavioral constraints capabilities and awareness of social responsibility.Finally, according to the survey result, combined with necessity of penetrating legal education in junior high school physics teaching, puts forward some suggestions for teachers, schools and society:(1) Teachers should effectively utilize relevant law cases and material provided by physics textbooks, actively develop new teaching resources, actively participate in various teachers’ trainings organized by education institutions, improve their physical science literacy, and improve their comprehensive teaching ability the overall teaching ability;(2) Schools should establish a diversified teacher evaluation system, adopt humane and comprehensive evaluation method to effectively enhance the responsibility sense of junior high school physics teachers, to promote the professional development of junior middle school physics teachers, then create a richer learning and living environment for junior high school students, make a correct guidance for their lives;(3) Starting from the actual demand of teachers, by opening free libraries, purchasing network resources, information sharing among colleagues, to provide teachers adequate teaching resources, classify and organize resources in a reasonable way for teachers’ easy access;(4) Community should increase financial input to the basic education, enrich the first-line teachers, make teachers have plenty of time to implement diversification teaching. Through penetrating the legal education constantly, improve students’ awareness of the law and maintain social stability.
