Scientific thinking is an important part of the core literacy of physics.It is one of the necessary abilities for physics to cultivate students to adapt to the requirements of personal lifelong development and future social development.Scientific thinking is an abstract thinking process,and its evaluation needs to use specific and explicit media.The college entrance examination is an important examination in China.It has the characteristics of standardization and authority.Its proposition is closely related to core literacy and has a great influence on the cultivation of talents in China.SOLO classification theory is a set of students ’ academic quality evaluation methods with complete system and solid practical foundation.It can judge the type and level of students ’ thinking ability according to their answers to a specific question,and can be applied to the evaluation of students ’ scientific thinking ability development level.Therefore,based on the SOLO theory,the analysis of the college entrance examination physics test questions on the students ’ scientific thinking level can provide reference for the cultivation and evaluation of students ’ scientific thinking,which has certain practical significance.This paper selects the non-experimental part of 13 sets of college entrance examination physics questions in 2020-2022 national volume and Zhejiang volume as the research object.In the data platforms such as CNKI and Wanfang,the research on college entrance examination physics test questions,physical core literacy,SOLO theory and scientific thinking in recent years is sorted out,and the concepts of scientific thinking and SOLO theory are summarized by induction.According to the division of scientific thinking level and SOLO theory in the ’(2017 Edition)General High School Physics Curriculum Standards,’ the structure system of different levels of scientific thinking level based on the analysis of college entrance examination physics test questions is constructed from four dimensions : model construction,scientific thinking,scientific reasoning and questioning innovation.The corresponding relationship between scientific thinking and different levels of SOLO theory is found from knowledge types and problem situations,and then the examination of students ’ scientific thinking level in college entrance examination physics questions is studied by analyzing the time-varying SOLO levels and physical scientific thinking types.This paper uses the constructed scientific thinking model and the relationship table between SOLO level and scientific thinking level to analyze the non-experimental parts of 13 sets of questions in Zhejiang volume and national volume from 2020 to 2022.The selected 13 sets of analysis objects are analyzed from the dimensions of SOLO level,scientific thinking level,scientific thinking ability type,scores of different levels and their proportions.At the same time,the data analysis software is used to analyze the examination of different scientific thinking levels of Zhejiang volume and national volume in the same year,and the changes of scientific thinking level of national volume and Zhejiang volume in the past three years from 2020 to 2022.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The level of physical scientific thinking can correspond to five different levels in SOLO theory.By analyzing the SOLO level of students in answering the college entrance examination physics questions,the scientific thinking level of their examination is reflected.(2)The examination of the five levels of scientific thinking in the college entrance examination physics test questions presents a normal distribution,focusing on the level of medium scientific thinking.(3)during the period of 2020-2022,the examination of high correlation structure in Zhejiang volume showed an upward trend,and the examination of low correlation structure level in national volume showed an upward trend.It is expected that this study will provide reference significance for the evaluation of students ’ scientific thinking ability,the cultivation of students ’scientific thinking ability and the compilation of college entrance examination physics.
