Research On The Rural Talent Revitalization Strategy Of The Communist Party Of China And Its Implementation Path In The New Era

For national rejuvenation,the countryside will be revitalized.Rural revitalization,the key lies in talent,rural talent revitalization is the cornerstone of rural revitalization.At present,China’s rural revitalization is still facing the talent dilemma that cannot be ignored.To break the bottleneck of rural talent revitalization,we need to use rural talent revitalization to lead and support rural revitalization.The rural talent revitalization strategy is an important strategy for the Communist Party of China(CPC)to solve the dilemma of the rural revitalization talents and comprehensively promote the rural revitalization in the practice of governance in the new era.This paper focuses on the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC,which is of great significance to the realization of socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper,including the introduction,is divided into five parts to study the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status,research ideas,research methods,innovation and shortcomings of the paper,and defines the relevant concepts.The first part analyzes the historical background and theoretical basis of the formation of the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC.The CPC’s strategy of revitalizing rural talents is formed under the background of the great changes in the world and the new changes in China.The related thoughts of Marxist classical writers on rural talents,the relevant contents of rural talents in Chinese excellent traditional culture and the relevant thoughts of rural talents of the collective leadership of the CPC are the theoretical basis for the formation of the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC.The second part explores the main content of the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC.This paper probes into the main contents of the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC from four aspects: strategic guidance,implementation subject,objectives and requirements,and strategic value.It is clear that the rural talent revitalization strategy of the CPC should form synergy to realize the goals and requirements under the strategic guidance of adhering to the people-centered development thought and give full play to the strategic value.The third part explores the practical problems of the CPC’s rural talent revitalization strategy.According to the actual development of China’s rural talent work,the CPC’s rural talent revitalization strategy still faces some practical problems,such as the implementation of the principle of talent management of the CPC still needs to be strengthened,the total quantity and quality of rural talent still needs to be improved,the structure of rural talent is unbalanced,and the role of rural talent is not fully played.The fourth part studies the implementation path of the CPC’s rural talent revitalization strategy.To implement the strategy of rural talent revitalization of the CPC,we should start from the current situation of rural talent revitalization,combine the top-level design,and take care of the practical problems.Focusing on the four aspects of insisting on strengthening the overall leadership of the CPC over the work of rural talents,insisting on comprehensively cultivating rural talents,insisting on vigorously introducing rural talents,and insisting on scientific use of rural talents,we will accelerate the revitalization of rural talents.
