Research On The Construction Of Rural Talent Team From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2023 put forward the opinions on comprehensively promoting the key work of rural revitalization,which is the20 th No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee to guide the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers since the beginning of the new century,laying a solid foundation for opening a new stage in comprehensively building a modern socialist country.A strong country must first strengthen agriculture and solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Only in this way can we provide strategic guarantee for the realization of a strong agricultural country.People are the most important and active factor in productive forces.It is the key to revitalize talents in rural areas.The construction of rural talent team should be placed in the first place,and strong manpower support should be provided to promote the all-round development of rural areas by strengthening the construction of rural talent team.Through the implementation of a series of policies and policies by the Party and the state,the construction of various talent teams in rural areas has made certain achievements at the present stage,but there are still problems such as insufficient supply,low quality,unbalanced structure of talent teams and not playing their roles in place,which restrict the development of rural areas.Therefore,it is a key link to realize rural revitalization to strengthen the cultivation of talent team in rural areas,expand the quantity of talent supply in rural areas,and promote the high-quality construction of rural talent team.To realize the rural revitalization is an important historical task in the course of socialist modernization.In the course of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,whether it is rural industries,ecological environment,rural style civilization,social governance;No matter from the current interests,or from the long-term interests,we must try our best to improve the quality of rural labor force,train a group of literate,technical,can manage a new type of farmers,at the same time to train and introduce more outstanding talents for rural areas.This paper takes the construction of rural talent team as the research object and divides into four parts.The first part expounds the relevant theoretical overview of rural talent team from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,clarifies the relevant basic concepts and the theoretical basis of strengthening the construction of rural talent team;The second part analyzes the internal relationship between the rural vitalization strategy and the construction of rural talent team,and makes clear the significance of the construction of talent team in the process of rural vitalization and the promoting effect of rural vitalization strategy on the construction of rural talent team.The third part discusses the achievements and existing problems in the construction of various rural talent teams.On the basis of this,the fourth part puts forward the ways to promote the construction of talented personnel in rural areas according to the new development situation in the new era and provides theoretical considerations for strengthening the construction of talented personnel in rural areas under the strategic perspective of rural revitalization.
