At the National Forum for Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the principle requirements of "eight unifications" for the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,including "adhering to the unity of explicit education and implicit education".This principle puts forward new requirements for junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" teachers,that is,teachers should broaden the traditional educational concepts,update their own curriculum concepts,and fully develop and applicate hidden curriculum resources in addition to imparting explicit curriculum knowledge in teaching.The hidden curriculum resources of the junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" course refer to a variety of resources that exist widely in schools,families and social fields,have not yet been developed and applicated by educators,and can affect the ideological and political quality,moral accomplishment and rule of law literacy formation and development of junior high school students in a potential,indirect and implicit way.Compared with explicit curriculum resources,they have the characteristics of hidden,permeable,dual and practical.The development and application of them in the junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" course will help to implement the party’s educational policy and the fundamental task of establishing moral values and cultivating people;will help to meet the needs of students’ development,enhance the sense of acquisition of junior high school students;will help to promote teachers’ professional development,increase the teaching wisdom of teachers.At present,the application of hidden curriculum resources in the teaching of junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" course has made certain achievements,such as the teachers’ attitude of applicating hidden curriculum resources is more positive,the scope of application has been expanded and the teaching effect of application is better,but there are still some deficiencies to be improved,mainly including: teachers’ understanding of hidden curriculum resources is not comprehensive enough,the type of application is relatively single,and the frequency of application needs to be improved.In view of these problems,we should take the following measures: junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" teachers should improve the awareness of hidden curriculum resources and improve the theoretical level of hidden curriculum resources;in the process of applicating hidden curriculum resources,teachers should adhere to the principle of politics,clarify the goal of applicating hidden curriculum resources,adhere to the principle of inclusiveness,enrich the types of hidden curriculum resources and adhere to the principle of economy,improve the efficiency of the application of hidden curriculum resources;but also strengthen the construction of the campus environment of junior high schools and provide good external conditions for teachers to applicate hidden curriculum resources in teaching;finally,it is necessary to give play to the guiding role of the evaluation system and build an educational evaluation system that applicates hidden curriculum resources.
