| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of my country,the public physical education courses in colleges and universities in China have been reformed in the process of development and constantly improved in the reform.As an important part of my country’s higher education system,college physical education courses should actively seek innovation in line with the development of the times.In the context of the realization of the new era,the public physical education courses in colleges and universities are increasingly exposing new problems.If you want to solve the problems effectively,you should accurately hit the essence and key points of the problems,find the answers in the evolution of the curriculum,and combine with the college sports in the new era.Curriculum education requires in-depth discussion.This paper adopts the method of literature and historical research to summarize the evolution of the reform of public physical education courses in colleges and universities since the founding of New China.It is divided into four stages: learning from the Soviet model,independent exploration,deepening reform,and consolidation and improvement.The social and historical background,content and significance of the promulgation of the syllabus clarifies that the educational concept of college physical education courses has gradually changed from social-based,subject-based and then student-based,which has played a role in promoting the reform of college physical education curriculum.Further explore the reasons for the reforms of physical education courses in colleges and universities,and conclude that the social changes,educational policy changes,and educational concept innovations will have an impact on the physical education curriculum reform.The reform demands are mainly from the following three points: at the policy level,strengthen the top-level design of the curriculum reform in the new era;at the academic level,grasp the school sports ideas in the new era;and at the university level,improve the teaching of college physical education courses in the new era.The goal of the reform is to give full play to the value of sports education.On the basis of curriculum theory,the content of the reform of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in the new era is expounded,namely,optimizing the content of physical education courses,improving the teaching mode of physical education courses,strengthening the ideological and political construction of physical education courses,improving the evaluation mechanism of physical education courses,and improving the conditions for running schools.Taking the reform of the public physical education curriculum of Hunan University as the starting point,this paper discusses the practical problems that the current reform of the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities should aim at.In terms of specific reform measures,through the systematization of the curriculum structure,the specialization of teaching content,the diversification of teaching methods,the innovation and integration of teaching materials,The reforms in the areas of compounding educational evaluation and continuous teaching,research and teaching reform have achieved outstanding results.The physical quality of students has been improved,and the reform of physical education curriculum teaching has been steadily advanced.The reform results have been gradually extended to other colleges and universities.Finally,analyze and judge the development trend of physical education courses in colleges and universities,and physical education courses should develop in the direction of modernization,localization and internationalization.By tracing the historical origin of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,investigating its motivation,combining the demands and goals of physical education curriculum reform in the new era,the reform content is proposed,and the reform of the public physical education curriculum of Hunan University is presented as a case,in order to provide information for the new situation of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities in my country.The theoretical support and practical reference for the reform are provided below. |
