The globalization of economy and the information of knowledge have already brought a severe test to our country.In this circumstance,cultivating more and more excellent students(good character and scholarship students)with all-round development is the inevitable requirement of modernization,which means the education needs to face modernization,the world and even the future.Therefore,how to cultivate the excellent talents with all-round physical and mental developments for the society is a question worth pondering on.As the physical education is the foundation of intellectual education and moral education,it can not only make students fitness,but also is extremely beneficial to their physical and mental development.Ordinary university public physical education curriculum is the exit of school sports and the entrance of the social sports.Meanwhile,it is not only the important sector of cultivating the qualified talents with all-round physical and mental developments,but also the basic sector of the national fitness program.In this condition,how to infiltrate the idea of lifetime sports in the ordinary university public physical education curriculum and foster the lifetime sport consciousness and lifetime exercise habit for students in order to bring up lifetime healthy talents for the country is the major issue that ordinary university public education curriculum and teaching reform faced with,which is worthy of experts and scholars in-depth research on.This research mainly adopts the literature material method,expert interview method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics analysis method.In the view of lifetime sports,this paper summarizes and discusses the existing problems in the ordinary university public physical education curriculum and teaching process through the investigations on the public education curriculum and teaching current situation of the Harbin G university.Conclusions are as follows:(1)Most of the ordinary university students have a positive attitude to the importance of lifetime sports,but their understanding degree is generally low.In addition,their independent consciousness of exercise is weak.(2)Most of the ordinary university public physical education curriculum teachers do not have a deep understanding of lifetime sports,which leads to not be able to implement lifetime sports thought to the physical education teaching practice.(3)At present,the ordinary university public physical education curriculum and teaching goal on the set are too blind to pursue the short-term benefits,thus weakening the goal of shaping the college students' individual sports values.(4)At present,the ordinary university public physical education curriculum and teaching content arrangement are unreasonable.In addition,the curriculum opening time is short.(5)At present,the teaching means of the ordinary university public physical education curriculum are single,and teaching methods are old.(6)At present,the evaluation of ordinary university public physical education curriculum and teaching is limited to the "biological evaluation",which fails to carry out a comprehensive evaluation on a higher level,and the content of evaluation is lack of integrity.(7)At present,there are still some problems in the ordinary university public physical education curriculum and teaching,such as the sports facilities can not reach the corresponding standards,extracurricular sports activities mechanism is imperfect and so on.
