According to the results of the eighth survey on physique and health of Chinese students,the overall physique and health of Chinese students have improved significantly,especially the excellent and good rate of junior high school students.However,through further investigation and analysis,it is found that the physical health status of primary and secondary school students still needs to be further improved.Although the excellent and excellent rate of junior high school students has been improved,it is still at a relatively low level,and the time ratio of participating in physical exercise is not ideal.Therefore,the task of improving the physical health of primary and secondary school students is still under great pressure.Based on the relevant policies and measures adopted by the state and governments at all levels on this issue and the requirements of "three whole education" put forward by the Central Committee and The State Council of China,this study combines school physical education with family physical education to form an efficient cooperation mode and carries out practice,so as to explore the influence of home-school physical education cooperation mode on the physical health of junior high school students.It provides the basis for the innovation of physical education form in middle school.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,interview and mathematical statistics,and takes the application effect of the sports cooperation model in junior high school as the research object.The students from two classes of Grade 7 in Fengqiu County No.1 Junior High School are selected as the experimental objects and randomly divided into experimental class and control class.Before the experiment,the body shape and physical fitness of all the subjects were tested and counted,and the sports learning interest questionnaire was issued and collected.After sorting and statistics,it was concluded that there was no significant difference between the physical health and sports learning interest of the students in the two classes.The experimental class carried out the home-school sports cooperation model experiment intervention for 10 months,while the control class maintained the traditional model.After the experiment,the above tests and statistics were repeated for all subjects.Through comparative analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The home-school sports cooperation model can effectively improve the physical quality of junior middle school students,especially in speed quality,strength quality and endurance quality.(2)Home-school sports cooperation mode can reduce students’ negative attitude towards sports learning and effectively stimulate students’ active interest in sports learning.(3)The home-school sports cooperation mode can enrich students’ sports learning resources and help students get comprehensive development in different fields.(4)Home-school sports cooperation mode Through two-way close communication and interaction,can effectively promote the optimization of physical education methods and means.According to the conclusion of the study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Establish the physical health archives of students to grasp the physical condition of students comprehensively.(2)Strengthen parents’ correct understanding of students’ physical education results and enhance the close relationship between families.(3)Respect students’ individual differences and pay attention to teaching students according to their aptitude.(4)Using information technology to optimize the way of home-school sports cooperation.
