If the young people are strong,the country will be strong.The physical health of adolescents is closely related to the future of the country and nation.High spirited and full of vitality are the embodiments of a teenager’s vigorous vitality.The development of the economy should have been synchronized with the improvement of the quality of healthy life,but the physical health of students has been showing a downward trend.In the face of this situation,the country has issued relevant documents to strengthen school sports work and promote the physical health of adolescents.However,after more than ten years of school efforts,the physical health of adolescents has not achieved significant results.Currently,relying solely on the efforts of schools is not enough.Families should also play a key role and establish a deep cooperative relationship with schools to jointly promote the physical and healthy development of teenagers.This study takes the application effect of home-school cooperative physical exercise model in the eighth grade physical education and health curriculum of Yining No.9 Middle School as the research object.First of all,the theoretical data about the home-school cooperation in promoting health education is consulted through the literature research method,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the home-school cooperative physical exercise model,the selection of questionnaires and the development of experiments in the later period.Secondly,select experimental class and control class through questionnaire survey and physical fitness test,to understand whether there are significant differences in students’ physical fitness level,sports learning interest,emotional expression and cooperative spirit.On this basis,by integrating the theory,principles,objectives,implementation conditions,implementation processes,and evaluation of the home-school cooperative physical exercise model,the experimental class constructed the home-school cooperative physical exercise model.In addition to not using the home-school cooperative physical exercise model,the control class maintained a high degree of consistency with the experimental class.Finally,through the statistical analysis of the data obtained after the experiment and the analysis of the differences between the two classes,the effect of the home-school cooperative physical exercise mode on the physical exercise of junior middle school students is discussed,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the application of the home-school cooperative physical exercise model in junior high school physical education and health curriculum,the connection between home and school is strengthened.Teachers,parents,and students use the home school cooperative platform as a carrier to jointly promote the healthy development of students.By collecting,integrating,editing,etc.,teachers have produced and distributed videos of home school cooperative sports exercises,strengthening their professional literacy and innovative ability;By receiving the content of home-school cooperative physical exercise and providing supervision,guidance,and assistance to students,parents have strengthened their sports awareness and exercise awareness.Through home-school cooperative physical exercise,students enhance their feelings with their parents and improve their physical health.2.The setting of the content system of the cooperative physical exercise model in school is based on the teaching content of the physical education and health curriculum,and guided by the standards of physical education and health curriculum.The content system of the home-school cooperative physical exercise model is constructed according to the course teaching progress,and the individual differences of students are also considered in the construction of the physical exercise content system,which meets the sports needs of different students.3.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the experimental results show that the home school cooperative physical exercise model is feasible: students’ physical health test scores have significantly improved,promoting the physical health development of students;Through testing the sports interest of the experimental class students before and after the experiment,it was found that the students’ sports interest significantly increased;Through testing the emotional performance and cooperative spirit of students in the experimental class before and after the experiment,it was found that the emotional performance of students and their ability to cooperate with their parents were significantly improved.
