| Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is a brand-new module in the high school ideological and political course.The historical and comparative approach refers to that teachers focus on both historical and comparative teaching of ideological and political.From historical and comparative perspectives,teachers historically and comparatively guide the implementation of teaching;moreover,they lead students to historically,dialectically,and internationally explore the law of human social development as well as the development process of scientific socialism and socialism with Chinese characteristics.Conforming to the core characteristics of the textbook,the teaching requirements of the course,and the cognitive characteristics of high school students,the application of historical and comparative approach in the teaching of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is a requirement for realizing the course objectives,adapting to the reform of the new college entrance examination,promoting the optimization of literacy cultivation strategies,and facilitating the integrated construction of ideological and political education in colleges,middle and primary schools,thereby in turn enhancing the political identity,cultivating the scientific thinking,strengthening the familial and national identity,and contributing to the global vision of high school students.Based on the understanding of the teaching content,objectives and tasks of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the existing experience and cognitive level of students,the strategy for the application of historical and comparative approach covers four aspects: Firstly,teachers should deepen their understanding on the approach by enhancing theoretical learning,expanding vision through innovative thinking,reserving cross-disciplinary knowledge,realizing course standards,and improving textbook interpreting ability.Secondly,teachers should determine the content of teaching by constructing an innovative knowledge framework,highlighting the main lines,transforming the textbook discourse,and fully manifesting the characteristics of the subject.Thirdly,through the setting of disciplinary and integration topics,creating authentic and discursive context,designing informative and exploratory activities,and guiding students into social practice activities,the operations are identified on how to teach with a historical and comparative approach.Finally,the specific teaching implementation should be carried out by innovatively determining teaching objectives,determining teaching ideas,adhering to teaching process,and carring out teaching evaluation,in order to promote the achievement of teaching objectives and the completion of teaching tasks. |
