| With the introduction of the 2022 compulsory education information technology curriculum standard,the cultivation of core literacy plays an increasingly important role in education and teaching,and also puts forward higher requirements for teachers.At present,there is a situation in the information technology classroom where the traditional teaching mode has not been improved,such as large differences in students’ foundation,lack of interest and insufficient attention.The existing evaluation mechanism also does not meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard,which needs to be solved through the application of other teaching modes.Since the Presentation-Assimilation – Discussion Class(hereinafter referred to as “PAD Class”)was proposed in 2013,it has made remarkable achievements in the domestic education sector,but the research on the application of PAD Class in information technology teaching is still very limited.Although the research has confirmed that the PAD Class is more conducive to students’ information technology learning than the traditional teaching method,there is a lack of comparison between the two models of PAD Class.This paper first describes the research background,purpose and significance of the research,and then combs out the current research status through literature review,and finally determines the main content and ideas of the research.The research adopts quasi-experimental research,questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation methods.Students from two parallel classes of Grade 7 in a middle school in Tianjin are taken as subjects.During the information technology teaching of one semester,one class uses “the mode of teaching and discussion in one class” for teaching,while the other class uses the “the mode of teaching and discussion with a certain interval of time” for teaching.After a semester of observation and research,the collected data were analyzed,and the impact of the two models on the students’ interest,core literacy training effect and the quality of information technology works was deeply explored.Finally,it is concluded that the PAD Class plays a very important role in improving students’ interest in information technology learning,and in the short term,the effect of “the mode of teaching and discussion in one class” is better than that of “the mode of teaching and discussion with a certain interval of time” in improving their interest in learning.Over time,the PAD Class has a good effect on improving students’ interest in learning;The PAD Class has brought significant improvement in many aspects of core literacy training,and the two models have different advantages in different aspects of core literacy training;The PAD Class can effectively improve the quality of students’ information technology works,and “the mode of teaching and discussion in one class” is better than another.The results of this study provide a new way to solve the problems existing in the information technology classroom under the traditional teaching mode,and can be used as a reference for front-line teachers to effectively apply the PAD Class to optimize teaching in the future information technology subject teaching. |
