In 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the compulsory education chemistry curriculum standard(2022 edition),established the chemical discipline core literacy as the goal of the curriculum system,from the perspective of teaching teachers should pay attention to the big idea to organize unit teaching content,play a role of big idea control,at the same time from the perspective of evaluation optimize the overall design of unit operation and implementation.Therefore,unit teaching is an important teaching concept to implement the core literacy.Unit teaching includes classroom unit teaching and after-school unit homework.So,can the implementation of classroom unit teaching and after-class unit homework promote the development of students’ core literacy as a whole?First of all,the connotation of unit teaching is based on the curriculum standards and literature is studied,the internal connection between unit teaching and the core literacy of chemistry is analyzed theoretically,and the feasibility of implementing the core literacy of unit teaching and the path of unit teaching implementation are demonstrated.Through theoretical research,it is proved that the core accomplishment of unit teaching is feasible and realized path.Secondly,select the specific teaching content for unit teaching design and homework design.Ninth grade chemistry,for example,the analysis of ninth grade chemistry teaching content and the disadvantages of the teaching process,some teachers in teaching too factual knowledge,found students’ knowledge presents knowledge,scattered characteristics,students lack of overall view of knowledge,is not conducive to the formation of chemical concept and subject thinking,influence the development of core literacy.Therefore,"carbon and carbon oxide" was selected as the class example,the big idea organization unit structure was selected,the classroom unit teaching design and after-class unit homework design were studied,and the classroom teaching design and homework design were evaluated.The evaluation results showed that the classroom teaching design and homework design were effective.Finally,the classroom teaching design and homework design are practiced in the middle school.Through teacher evaluation,classroom teaching process analysis and students ’homework analysis,the practice has proved that unit teaching can effectively promote the development of students’ core literacy in chemistry.
