| At present,the digital transformation of education is an international consensus and the main practice form of Chinese education modernization.One of the typical characteristics of the digital transformation of education is " design," and its key competency is the design thinking of " improving the existing and creating the future" as an important representation of the Digital Agency.Design thinking,as the engine of design,is a key element in advancing the development of digital transformation and innovation in education.In an era characterized by VUCA(variability,uncertainty,complexity,ambiguity)and a severe challenge to education,the focus of talent development must shift to the development of higher order competencies with design thinking at the core.Teachers are the first resource for high-quality development of education and the core subject of digital transformation of education.Designers are one of the key roles of teachers in the intelligent era.Design thinking literacy is an essential quality of teachers.At present,most of the research on design thinking and design thinking literacy focuses on the essential characteristics and ability elements,and there is little research on the evaluation of design thinking literacy for teachers,a special professional group.This study takes teachers as the research object,and explores the construction of the evaluation index system of teachers ’ design thinking literacy from the perspective of literacy evaluation.This study focuses on solving the following three major problems :(1)What is the teacher ’s design thinking literacy;(2)How to construct the theoretical model of teachers ’ design thinking literacy;(3)How to scientifically construct the evaluation index system of teachers ’ design thinking literacy.Firstly,the research systematically analyzes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,clarifies the development context of design thinking,the definition and components of teachers ’ design thinking literacy,and answers the question of ’what ’ in theory;Secondly,based on the grounded theory of literature,the theoretical model of teachers ’ design thinking literacy is preliminarily constructed through bottom-up coding.Thirdly,in order to enhance the scientific rationality of the evaluation index of teachers ’ design thinking literacy,the research adopts Delphi method to revise and improve the theoretical framework after two rounds of expert consultation.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to consult experts on the index weight,determine the evaluation index system of teachers ’ design thinking literacy,and answer the question of ’ how to evaluate ’.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)From the perspective of structure,the evaluation index system of teachers ’ design thinking literacy for digital transformation of education includes three first-level indicators : core value,key ability and essential character,as well as 11 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.(2)From the perspective of weight,the weights corresponding to the firstlevel indicators are 0.33,0.31 and 0.36,respectively,and the weight of the essential character index accounts for the highest proportion.The most important of the secondary indicators is person-centredness(0.20),followed by empathy(0.15),creativity(0.14)and inquisitiveness(0.08).The most weighted tertiary indicator is student-centredness(0.11),followed by need leadership(0.09),transpersonal thinking(0.07),creativity(0.07)and problem solving(0.05),thus constituting a model for assessing teachers’ design thinking literacy for digital transformation of education. |
