In 2012,MOOC set off a wave of reforms in the international education sector.A year later, some domestic universities have joined the ranks of MOOC reforms. For a time,MOOCs were favored by universities.Video resources play an important role in the MOOC platform. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the video resources in the MOOC.However,so far,the evaluation index system for video resources in MOOC is very rare, and there are relatively few documents that can be queried in the Chinese literature database. Some existing relevant evaluation indicator systems are also evaluations of the MOOC platform and the entire curriculum, and are not targeted and applicable to the video resources themselves in the MOOC.First of all,the author uses the literature research method to collect and sort out the relevant evaluation index systems of MOOC,excellent courses,micro-courses and courseware in domestic and foreign literatures.Based on the preliminary grasp of these evaluation index systems, the author summarizes and summarizes the basic evaluation concepts. And the main idea. After targeted screening, according to the unique attributes of video resources in MOOC,several secondary indicators associated with video resources in MOOC are selected, and a preliminary framework for the video resource evaluation index system in MOOC is constructed after simple communication with experts.Afterwards, the Delphi method was used to improve and modify the framework of the preliminary composition. At this stage,11 experts were invited. After the feedback data analysis of the two rounds of questionnaires, the framework of the video resource evaluation index system in MOOC and the secondary indicators were finally established.description.Then,the relative weight of each index is determined by AHP.In the article, the steps of the AHP and the calculation process are briefly explained. Finally,a consistency test is carried out on the weights of various indicators to establish a scientific and complete index system for evaluating video resources in MOOC.The system includes three first-level indicators of course content, instructional design and presentation effects;17 secondary indicators such as knowledge structure, content segmentation, teaching language, material selection, interaction and picture effects, and specific secondary indicators. In addition,it includes clear first-level indicators and second-level indicator weights. This system can help the majority of learners and educators to screen high-quality video resources in MOOC learning, and also provide reference for designers of video resources in MOOC.And draw on.Finally, the process, method and a series of research operations of this research are reviewed and reflected. The shortcomings and regrets in the research are summarized. The causes of the problems are analyzed and the methods to avoid such situations are considered. In addition,self-evaluation and self-summary were also carried out in the places worthy of reference and development in this study. Finally, the author reviews and reflects on the process, methods and a series of research operations, summarizes the shortcomings and regrets in the study, analyses the causes and considers ways to avoid such situations. In addition,self-evaluation and self-summary are also made on the areas worthy of reference and development in this study.
