On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Excessive Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as "Double Reduction"),clearly proposing to "comprehensively reduce the total amount and length of homework to reduce the excessive homework burden of students"."The average completion time of written homework in junior high school should not exceed" 90 minutes "and"improve the quality of homework design ".The first grade is an important stage for students to master knowledge,develop good learning habits and cultivate interest in mathematics.Mathematics homework is not only an important part of students’ mathematics learning,but also a necessary supplement and continuation of class.Now,under the background of the implementation of the doublereduction policy,the homework design ability of front-line teachers faces great challenges.How to design not only to reduce the students’ homework burden,but also to ensure the quality of homework,to achieve the effect of "reducing the burden and improving the quality" is a very important subject.For teachers,the work should be designed to suit each student’s level of knowledge development,so that students can achieve maximum development within their own immediate development area.Therefore,the design of math homework under the"double reduction" policy must first be based on finding out the current situation,problems and needs of students’ math homework.Then,through the scientific and reasonable setting of hierarchical homework,to meet the learning and development needs of different students.In order to reduce the burden and improve the quality,we try to take the students’ development as the essence,the theory of the nearest development zone as the support,and the students’ ability and willingness to learn mathematics to implement the stratified math homework.The full text consists of seven parts: the first part is the "introduction" part,which mainly describes the research background,research significance,research questions,research hypotheses and research methods of this paper.The second part is "literature review",mainly describes the domestic and foreign research on hierarchical work,and defines the core concepts of this paper.The third part introduces the theory of proximal development area,humanism theory and multiple intelligence theory.The fourth part is "the first grade math homework status investigation" to understand the current situation of math homework,reveal the problems existing in math homework.The fifth part is "the practice of Grade One mathematics hierarchical homework",which involves how to stratify students and how to design hierarchical homework.The sixth part is divided into: "hierarchical operation practice results analysis",mainly through the comparison of pre and post test results,questionnaire survey and interview.The seventh part is "Conclusion and reflection",which summarizes the results of this paper,gives teaching suggestions and reflects on the shortcomings.It is found that the arrangement of stratified homework can reduce the burden and improve the quality.On the one hand,students’ math learning burden is reduced,and on the other hand,students’ math learning effect is improved.Specifically,it not only has a positive impact on students’ emotional attitude,improves students’ confidence and interest in learning,but also effectively improves students’ academic performance in mathematics.Therefore,it is suggested that the first-line middle school mathematics teachers should continuously improve their homework design ability to implement the requirements of the double-reduction policy.Continuous exploration and optimization of hierarchical math homework design methods,through the design and implementation of hierarchical math homework,so that students have more choices,to meet the needs of students personalized math literacy and ability improvement. |
