The "double reduction" policy has been preliminarily implemented.The policy stipulates to comprehensively reduce the total amount and duration of homework and reduce students’ excessive homework burden.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of homework is a problem that junior middle school mathematics teachers are practicing and thinking under the background of "double reduction".At present,the research on the effectiveness of mathematics homework has become a hot spot in the educational circles.All over the country are studying and practicing the theme of homework,making efforts to help "double reduction",and hoping to consolidate and improve the teaching results through the improvement of homework.The research on the effectiveness of mathematics homework in junior middle school is conducive to improve the effectiveness of mathematics homework in junior middle school and point out the direction for front-line teachers,so as to create a way of homework arrangement in line with the characteristics of students in this class;We can also consolidate the effect of mathematics teaching by improving the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework,help junior middle school students improve their sense of mathematics achievement,and strengthen their interest in mathematics;This study also contributes to the further implementation of the "double reduction" policy.The core problem is the evaluation of the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework under the background of "double subtraction".The sub problems are mainly divided into: the current situation of the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework,the relevant reasons for the current situation of the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework,the principles and measures to improve the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework,and the level division of the evaluation of the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework.Using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on relevant issues.Through the literature analysis method,the relevant literature is consulted to obtain the research framework,and the main dimensions of questionnaires and interviews are formulated.The effectiveness of homework is investigated from various links such as homework design,homework completion,homework correction,homework evaluation,homework reward and punishment,so as to obtain the current situation of the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework under the background of "double reduction".Through in-depth analysis of the problem of homework effectiveness shown in the current situation,It is found that the effectiveness of each link of junior middle school mathematics homework has a certain level,and analyzes the relevant factors of homework effectiveness,and then obtains the level division of evaluating the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework,hoping to guide junior middle school mathematics teachers to understand the effectiveness level of their class homework arrangement,and improve the effectiveness of homework according to the class situation.Through the analysis of relevant cases to improve the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework,give front-line teachers innovative methods to help reduce the burden and improve the quality of junior middle school mathematics homework.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The effectiveness of mathematics homework in junior middle school is jointly determined by the effectiveness of six links: homework design,homework completion,homework correction,homework evaluation,homework correction,homework reward and punishment.(2)At present,there are some deficiencies in the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework.Teachers and students need to pay more attention to the effectiveness of homework.(3)There is a significant difference in the effectiveness of junior middle school math homework between Grade 7 and grade 8,no significant difference between Grade 8 and grade 9,and no significant difference between Grade 7 and grade 9.The effectiveness of junior middle school math homework is the highest in Grade7,showing significant differences in different schools.(4)The improvement of the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework needs to be carried out according to the scientific guidance and combined with the specific situation of the class.(5)Junior high school mathematics homework is essentially different from other disciplines.Mathematics homework pays more attention to the training of thinking.(6)Based on the current situation investigation,it is found that the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics homework has a certain level.Through the analysis of relevant theories and factors,the effectiveness level of each link of homework is divided.The main feature is to take the "double reduction" policy as the background,analyze each link of homework,and get the hierarchical division of homework effectiveness evaluation.The deficiency is that the hierarchical division of junior middle school mathematics homework effectiveness is not detailed enough,which needs to be further studied in the future.
