On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training on Students in Compulsory Education",which set specific requirements for effectively reducing the excessive burden of homework on students in compulsory education and regulating after-school services.In the new era of high-quality education development,China’s "burden reduction" concept changed to a comprehensive management.This topic is based on investigating the current status of mathematics operations and after-school services in junior high schools in the context of the "double reduction" policy;focused on analyzing the results that have been achieved so far,the resistance and problems encountered by the implementation of policy implementation;Gave executable optimization suggestions.The thesis provided educators with executable suggestions,which helps improve the professional development of teachers and arranges the working hours of teachers reasonably;it will help improve students ’learning efficiency and increase students’ motivation to learn mathematics.At the same time,this topic provided a new research perspective for the study of junior high school mathematics "burden reduction and efficiency" research.The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introductory part,which mainly includes the research background of this thesis,the significance of the research,the current status of domestic and foreign research,the research content and methods;The second part is related concepts and research design,which are related concepts of the study,the selection of the research object,the design of the research instrument and the ethics of the study;the third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of mathematics homework and after-school services in junior high schools in the context of "double reduction" policy.This study used EXCLE and SPSS software to analyze the information collected from students and combine the information from teachers’ interviews to summarize the advantages,problems and shortcomings of the current implementation of the "double reduction" policy;The fourth part is the suggestions for optimizing junior high school mathematics homework in the context of "double reduction" policy,including the optimization of the view of mathematics homework and the establishment of an effective homework mechanism.The study introduced the hierarchical operation concept,the inquiry-type operation concept,the interdisciplinary outlook,non-written homework concept,and gave specific cases display;The fifth part is the suggestions for optimizing the after-school service of junior high school mathematics in the context of "double reduction" policy,including the top-level design,optimize the after-school service of mathematics.
