In recent years,driven by the dual drive of national policies and economy,China’s art education has gradually been paid attention to,among which music quality education has shown rapid development.The music training institution of the college entrance examination carries the work of sending music talents to colleges and universities,and its improvement and development are also the embodiment of the progress of music quality education in China.As early as 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing and Standardizing the Extra Points and Points of the College Entrance Examination",which put forward relevant suggestions for artistic literacy.Improve the quality of arts education by ensuring that schools are able to carry out innovative arts education in accordance with local conditions.Gaokao music training institutions are different from general music training in society,their student sources are special,and the purpose of the training group is clear,all of which are directed to the group of high school students admitted to music universities.Through its own venues,teachers and professional advantages,music training institutions in the college entrance examination ensure that students can achieve good results in the music college entrance examination,and continue to provide music education talents for the country.The number of college entrance examination music students has a direct impact on the development and interests of college entrance examination music training institutions in the society,coupled with the rapid growth trend of college entrance examination music students in recent years,but also makes the college entrance examination music training institutions further increase the demand for music teachers,which has a part of the promotion of music education and development in China.I believe that the operation and management of music training institutions in the college entrance examination have an important impact on the development of the institution itself and have important research value.This thesis takes the investigation of the current situation of operation and management in Nanchang Qiyi Jindi College Entrance Examination Music Training Center as the main research object,attempts to investigate and analyze the relevant situation of operation and management of college entrance examination music training center,and explores the law of sustainable and stable development in college entrance examination music training center.The results of the study reflect the problems of the Gaokao Music Training Center and the challenges it will face in the future.On the basis of these problems,this thesis attempts to propose some corresponding solutions,which can provide some theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the college entrance examination music training center.
