The 2021 Central Conference on Talent Work was held in Beijing,which clarified the importance of talents to national development,advocated deepening the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development,and made a comprehensive plan for talent work in the new era.Talent is the key to realize science and technology powerhouse,future competition and high-quality development.In recent years,China’s software industry has developed rapidly,but it still exposes problems such as shortage of technical talents and limited technical level of employees.The software industry technology is rapidly updated,and enterprises are difficult.In order to maintain long-term development,software enterprises need to innovate and optimize the human resources development mode,and should make full use of the existing resources in order to maximize the benefits of human resources.Software enterprises should cooperate with schools to train skilled talents to help enterprises and national modernization construction and development.This thesis in pioneer software group,for example,through the form of questionnaire inside enterprise and school,to find out the shortcomings of the current enterprise talent training mode,the enterprise engineering alternate technical personnel training mode,develop based on the background of engineering alternate enterprise construction of high quality personnel training mode,to help enterprises more efficiently to introduce a large number of meet the requirements of technical talents.This thesis first summarizes the development of Pioneer Software Group and the current situation of talent demand,introduces the school-enterprise cooperation with the use of engineering-alternation technical talent training mode,and makes a preliminary analysis of the characteristics of this mode.Secondly,it deeply discusses the way of Pioneer Software Group based on the background of work-study training,and finds that there are some problems such as the disconnection between work-study training plan and the talent demand,the lack of long-term management of technical talent training,and the lack of support of the group management system of talent continuing education.Finally,in view of the problems found put forward relevant perfect Suggestions,such as focus on demand orientation of engineering alternate training plan,focusing on career engineering alternate long-term training mechanism,talent development priority group internal environment system construction,etc.,and from the engineering alternate cognition,the sustainability of talent training,technical personnel training investment security measures are put forward.
