In the context of globalization,countries around the world exchange and learn from each other in education and technology,in order to promote diversified development in various aspects in a way that adapts to their own development.The development of a labor-oriented market economy remains an important mode of economic development in most countries.Therefore,vocational education,as the main mode of labor force cultivation,has attracted the attention of international organizations.In order to comply with the development trend of vocational education,countries around the world continue to increase investment in vocational education cultivation,actively carry out international cooperation,and promote deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation model for vocational education,and countries are continuously promoting the deepening and reform of their own school enterprise cooperation models.The apprenticeship system in France has a long history of development,and after years of development and improvement,it occupies an important position in the world vocational education system.Therefore,learning from the successful experience of the French apprenticeship system is of great significance for the development of modern apprenticeship in China.The paper first summarizes the development of France’s apprenticeship system from a historical perspective,including its initial stage,development stage,transition stage,and improvement stage.Secondly,the current development status of the system,support system,operation system,and evaluation system of modern apprenticeship dual cultivation mode in France is reviewed,and the characteristics of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode in France are summarized.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the French dual training model in terms of its effectiveness and difficulties.Finally,by comparing the experience of alternation of working and learning in France with the current development situation in China,several inspirations are provided for the problems of the lack of guarantee system for educational entities,the separation of school enterprise cooperative teaching,and the unclear training standard system in China:The government should play a macro regulatory role and improve the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship training system.The main body of education should leverage the advantages of dual subjects in education and improve the quality of apprenticeship training.Students should strengthen their identity and enhance their learning abilities.In addition,at the social level,it is necessary to mobilize social groups and enhance social participation;At the family level,the role of the family committee should be played to promote communication between families and schools.With the efforts of various parties,we will promote the improvement of China’s characteristic apprenticeship system.With the efforts of various parties,we will promote the improvement of China’s characteristic apprenticeship system. |
