School-enterprise cooperation personnel training is an effective model for long-term adherence to vocational education in developed countries,and is an important basis for supporting high-level human resources in developed countries.The "Decision on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education" promulgated by the State Council in 2005,the "National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" promulgated and implemented in 2010,and the State Council's decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education in 2014 ",and the 2018 Ministry of Education and other six ministries issued the "Professional Schools and Enterprises Cooperation Promotion Measures" notice,all clearly emphasize that vocational education must strengthen the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation.Under the background of the high-quality development of China's economy,it is a general trend to further optimize the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in secondary vocational schools,and it is also the basic way to improve the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools in China.Studying and exploring how to further optimize the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode in China's secondary vocational schools can provide theoretical guidance for China's current vocational education with great improvement and improvement space,which has certain theoretical significance.It can also be faster and better for China's secondary vocational schools.Effectively cultivating high-level,high-quality professional and technical personnel to provide specific countermeasures and suggestions has important practical effects on promoting the secondary vocational schools in China and promoting the overall high-quality development of various enterprises and the national economy.This paper starts with the connotation and theoretical basis of the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model in secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the various sub-models existing in the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode of secondary vocational schools in China: such as “order-based” talent training mode,school-enterprise joint education Talent training mode,post-training talent training mode,work-study combination talent training mode,and its development status;and according to the author's representative of all domestic secondary vocational schools(Fujian Ecological Engineering Vocational Technical School,Chongqing Keeneng Senior Technical School,Tianjin The city's economic and trade school)survey of students,teachers and cooperative enterprises reveals that the secondary vocational education policy,government investment,enterprise investment,secondary vocational school,and secondary vocational school are common in the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools in China.The main problems in the main body and links of school teachers and students,secondary vocational schools and enterprises;and then borrowing from abroad,mainly the successful experience and typical practices of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in Germany,the United States,the United Kingdom,Australia,etc.Proposed to adapt to the current national high quality of China's economy The requirements of the exhibition are conducive to the gradual improvement and long-term development of the school-enterprise cooperation in China's secondary vocational schools.It has certain long-term and forward-looking measures.The countermeasures for the competent departments of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational schools,cooperative enterprises,teachers and students in China.
