At present,in the fierce market competition environment,enterprises need to import talents to improve their competitiveness,so that can develop in healthily.The schools are the base for training talents,only by delivering excellent talents,can become qualified talent reserve.Secondary vocational colleges still have a certain gap with colleges in terms of school environment,students,teachers,so vocational colleges should have their own characteristics in training-training skilled talents.If the students in vocational schools only teach according to the principle of originality,they will affect their academic performance and employment ability.Therefore,it is of practical significance to carry out project-based learning in the context of school-enterprise cooperation.Through the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,hardware resources sharing,and strengthened teachers,secondary vocational colleges can improve their visibility in training skilled talents.Develop Project Based Learning,let students enter the actual project development,become project person of project-based learning,can make full use of their learning theory in the operation of project practice,at the same time,have an intuitive understanding of the actual project in the enterprise.Through the direct experience of project-based learning,we can improve the ability of practice,innovation and solving problems independently,and then improve our professional accomplishment.The author takes the project-based learning of animation specialty in Dalian M Vocational School as a case study.Based on market survey and school questionnaires,the author analyses the current situation of five aspects: curriculum,teacher construction,students' training conditions,employment situation and relevant policies and regulations,and finds out the problems and explores solutions.Through the above research and analysis,under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,secondary vocational schools should optimize teaching resources,meet the enterprise standards,train skilled personnel with professional quality in project-based learning,and improve the personnel training mode of secondary vocational schools.The theory is fully applied in the operation of project practice,and at the same time,it has an intuitive understanding of the actual project of the enterprise.Through the direct experience of project-based learning,we can improve the ability of practice,innovation and solving problems independently,and then improve our professional accomplishment.
