In recent years,as Chinese economy has shifted from an extensive and low-tech type to a qualitative and high-tech one,the demands structure for talents has also undergone great changes of the whole society.Vocational education,as an important educational front for production and innovation,is playing a more and more important role.“The Action Plan for the Improvement of the Quality for Vocational Education”(2020-2023)proposes to promote the high-quality development of vocational education,the implement of school-enterprise cooperation for talents training,and comprehensive optimization and growth of the talents.The reform of secondary vocational education in China is always on the way,and school-enterprise cooperation is the eternal theme of the vocational education.School-enterprise cooperation and participation in talents training can not only improve students’ practical skills,but also help to achieve the goal of application-oriented talents’ training in secondary vocational schools.In addition,it is possible for school-enterprise cooperation to complement superior resources,strengthen trained teachers,and achieve the goal of "employment with graduation;operation with entry".The mode of school-enterprise cooperation in talents training improves the employment rate of graduates,provides applied talents and reserve of talents for further development of enterprises,and realizes the multi-win of schools,enterprises and students.The mode of school-enterprise cooperation has been well established in some developed countries and regions,but it is still in the initial stage in China and needs further research.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study school-enterprise cooperation in talent training of secondary vocational education.With the rapid development of secondary vocational education,some problems have been exposed in the talent training.Through the analysis of the school-enterprise cooperation in NH vocational school in Shanghai,we can find that the supporting policy is lagging behind and the guiding policies are not fully implemented,the cooperative enterprises takes an inactive part and the partnerships between schools and enterprises are not integrated deeply enough,vocational schools are short of dual-qualification teachers and provide ineffective teaching,and talents’ supply does not match the market demands.Through analysis and comparison,the main reasons include imperfect top design,imbalance information,imperfect teacher management system,and imperfect training and evaluation mechanism for students.In order to promote the healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions,such as improving the mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation guaranteed by government,building an effective communication platform for school-enterprise cooperation,cooperating to improve dual-qualification teachers and strengthening multiple talents evaluation system.In order to promote the deep cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,it is necessary to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of secondary vocational schools,enterprises and economic society.
