Since the state attaches importance to the protection of the rights and interests of minors with the improvement of China’s juvenile judicial system,how to use different ways to achieve accurate help and education of minors involved in crimes has become a problem for further exploration.This paper takes the case of G,a minor involved in crime as an example by the Procuratorate of H District of Zhengzhou through the practical experience of active participation in online help and education and effective interaction,hope to explore effective ways to help and educate minors involved in crimes under the background of the Internet.This paper uses the action research method and combines the network society theory to analyze the problems and needs of the service object,formulate the service plan,and implement the service.It plans,summarizes,reflects and revises the service program.The research finds that network social work has certain promotion value;action research has a certain effect on improving the practical level of social workers.However,because the network social work is still in its infancy,judicial social work still has a lot of space for exploration.With reflection,it is found that both the network social work case itself,the application of action research method and the judicial social work practice have further improvement and perfection.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following suggestions,e.g.,advocating network social work policy;accelerating the training of network social work professionals;further enhancing the capacity of judicial social workers in practice.
