A Study On The Process Of Case Work Intervening In The Judicial Education Of Juveniles Involved In Crimes

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China has made great progress in social and economic development.Juvenile delinquency has been recognized by the world as a major social problem affecting social and economic development.Due to the rapid development of information technology,a large number of harmful information is filled with minors who have not yet developed physically and mentally.At the same time,juveniles are influenced by personal factors,social environment factors and the combination of them.Juveniles involved in crime show the trend of concentration in age,high quality,diversification in criminal ways and high technology.The traditional judicial education has been unable to fully cope with the characteristics of juvenile delinquency under the new situation,so,social work because of its professional characteristics,intervene in the field of judicial education,can give play to its professional advantages in theory and practice.Work in the case of this research,under the guidance of the principle and method of using the participatory observation,contact relevant projects involving crime minors,select Y F city agencies involved in relevant project crime minors A as the research object,through case interview,visit the way such as observation,literature review of egotism crime causes and social background investigation.Under the overall implementation of the "3+1" joint care and education project,we worked with prosecutors,lawyers specializing in juvenile delinquency,guardians of juveniles involved in crimes,and social workers to formulate individualized help and education measures for the clients based on their comprehensive situation.Social learning theory and social support network theory are used to intervene individual cases.Through the community level,social institutional level,the individual level to evaluate education effect,such as to illustrate how to participate in social work at crime minors advantage and necessity in the process of legal education,in order to to make a study of related crime minors judicial education help for crime minors better return to society,promote social harmony and stability.
